We loved our stay at 28 Dune Comet Lane! We have stayed in Prominence several
times and this unit was the most upgraded, nicest upgrades and the best and most
modern golf cart! We hope to stay again.

We love this neighborhood and this home was fantastic. The pool is awesome and
the golf cart was really great. The Hub is right across the street and the beach
is a short golf cart ride away. This place was perfect for our family of 5 and
could easily fit one or two more. We could not have asked for a better
experience.

This is the place to book! After coming to this area for years as a family, we
intentionally looked in this exact neighborhood this time to book our trip.
Perfect location to many beach accesses, close to shops and restaurants in The
Hub and mid point between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Then we got THE best hosts
and airbnb home in the neighborhood. Best host service we’ve experienced in our
9 years of using airbnbs, comfortable beds, clean home with lots of space and
room to relax. The golf cart and bikes made it nice to access beach without
getting our car sandy, and close to so many things! We appreciated everything
the hosts did and will make this our go to spot every time we come to 30A from
now on!

We have been coming to 30A and Destin for 17+ years and this has to be the
nicest home we have ever stayed at. From the beds/sheets, kitchen appliances,
towels, couch, throw blankets, beach necessities, and golf cart, pool,
everything was high quality and for your use during your stay. I have never been
more impressed and now don’t want to stay anywhere else because other places do
not include these extra amenities. To say we were spoiled at this property is an
understatement. We will definitely be back here, as the owners made my entire
family feel right at home! Thank you!

We enjoyed our little getaway this past week. There was a lot of rain, it was
chilly at times, and the one perfect beach day…jellyfish! But you know what, you
can’t control nature. What you can control is where you rent/stay. Believe me,
if nature doesn’t go as planned it’s nice to have a comfortable place to call
“home”. We had everything we could possibly need while staying at Richard’s. The
cart and bikes were amazing. The home was clean and comfortable. There are many
extras to make your stay more comfortable and easy. You don’t need to pack extra
things like a cooler, beach chairs, etc. since they are there. They provided us
with just enough essentials that we didn’t need to go out and purchase extra
garbage bags or dishwasher detergent, etc. I really appreciate that having
stayed at places that provide one (or zero) of everything. Anyway…it was a good
trip and the place was really nice. Thanks!

What a wonderful stay! The hosts have been great. We had everything we needed
for our stay including all kitchen necessities and fabulous pillows, linens,
etc. that had us sleeping like babies! Easy access to local restaurant’s, shops
and the pool. We enjoyed our golf cart rides! Thank you for one of our favorite
vacations!

Our family had the best time here! Richards communication was excellent, all the
instructions he provided made our stay such an ease! Although we didn’t need to
reach out to him for anything, he would check in with us and make sure
everything was going smoothly.The house is stocked w/ everything you would need!
They have a beach wagon, cooler, chairs, towels, toys, bikes etc. The kitchen is
fully stocked w/ cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, margarita machine, air
fryer, crockpot, toaster, coffee machine. We were able to cook all our meals
here and had everything we needed! If you want to grill, there are 2 grills
located at the pool area. The beds were so comfy, the linens and pillows were
amazing! Lastly, my family’s favorite part- the golf cart! Such an amazing
amenity to have! We liked being away from the chaos of seaside, but it was nice
visiting on the golf cart when we were up for the crowds! Our family was so sad
to leave, we can’t wait to visit again!
