THE DC IMPROV SHOWROOM MENU

The items below are available in either showroom. Please note that the menu may
be changed on short notice.

Gluten-free options: Salad offerings can be gluten-free.

Vegan options: Hummus, the Chipotle Chickpea Burger and salads can be prepared
vegan on request.

 


APPETIZERS

 * Wings: Seven house-made marinated wings, baked then deep-fried. Try them
   plain or tossed! (16) Buffalo, BBQ, Old Bay +1, mambo +1
 * Basket of Chicken Tenders: Lightly breaded fried chicken tenders, served with
   yourchoice of bleu cheese, ranch or honey mustard. (14) Buffalo +1, BBQ +1,
   mambo +2
 * Nachos: Crispy tortilla chips piled high with homemade queso, sour cream,
   fresh salsa and jalapeños. (13) Add chili + 3 / Add chicken + 3
 * Totchos Supreme: Crispy tater tots loaded with queso, sour cream, fresh
   salsa, jalapeños and turkey chili. (14) Plain tots (11) Old Bay tots (12)
 * Hot Tots: A slightly hotter (and less messy) take on totchos. The same crispy
   tater tots covered in queso, topped with cherry peppers and scallions. (13)
 * Basket of Seasoned Fries: Straight up (10) / Smothered with queso (11) / with
   Old Bay (11) / smothered with chili and cheese (12) / sweet potato fries (12)
 * Soft Pretzel Sticks: Four warm, soft pretzel sticks served with house-made
   beer cheese. (13)
 * Hummus: Roasted garlic and red pepper hummus served with celery, carrots,
   kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, cherry peppers and grilled
   pita. (13)
 * Mozzarella Sticks: Battered and deep fried mozzarella served with a side of
   warm marinara. (13)

 * Crab Dip:  Homemade crab dip baked to order. Served with tortilla chips. (16)

 * Buffalo Chicken Dip:  Our house Buffalo sauce blended with creamy bleu cheese
   and spicy marinated chicken. Served with tortilla chips. (14) Sub three soft

 * Four-Cheese Spinach & Artichoke Dip:  Homemade dip topped with vine-ripened
   Roma tomatoes. Served with tortilla chips. (13) Sub three soft pretzel sticks

 * Honey-Lime Chicken Burrito:  Grilled chicken, rice, honey-lime sauce, romaine
   and salsa. Served with tortilla chips and salsa. (13)
 * Chicken Quesadilla:  Grilled flour tortilla bursting with Monterey Jack and
   served with sour cream and fresh salsa. (12) Add grilled peppers and onions

FRESH SALADS & WRAPS

Salads can be modified to wraps served with a side of fries for +1. Add black
beans +1. Add grilled chicken +3.

 * Improv Caesar Salad: A fresh bed of romaine with shaved Parmesan cheese,
   croutons, house-pickled red onion and your choice of our house
   chipotle-Caesar or regular Caesar dressing. (14)
 * Southwest Garden Salad: Crisp greens, shredded carrots, tomatoes, Monterey
   Jack, corn, cilantro, avocado and our honey-lime dressing. (14)
 * Greek Salad: A fresh bed of romaine with cucumbers, tomatoes, house-pickled
   red onion, oregano, kalamata olives, sliced roasted red peppers, crumbled
   feta and house vinaigrette. (14)

 


BURGERS & MORE

All sandwiches are on a potato roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.
Served with fries, or sub tater tots +1

 * Crab Cake Sandwich: A fresh lump crab cake baked and topped with our house
   chipotle aioli. Served w/Old Bay fries (25)
 * BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger: 1/2 lb. of fresh beef with crispy bacon, grilled
   onions and melted cheddar, covered in BBQ sauce. (18.5)
 * DC Swiss Burger: 1/2 lb. of fresh beef, melted Swiss, grilled onions and
   chipotle aioli. (17.5)
 * Classic Cheddar Burger: 1/2 lb. of fresh beef covered with melted cheddar.

 * Chipotle Chicken BLT: Marinated grilled chicken topped with crispy bacon,
   lettuce, tomato and our house chipotle aioli. (16.5)
 * Chipotle Chickpea Burger: Our homemade chickpea burger, blended with roasted
   red peppers, garlic, red onion and cilantro. Seared on our flat top and
   served with our chipotle aioli. (15)
