Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

The system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to serve you better and will

Vaccination Check Portal (VCP)
 * Travellers may use the Vaccination Check Portal (VCP) if they have a
   Digitally-verifiable Vaccination Certificate (DVC) recognised by Singapore.
   This check is an optional step mainly for travellers’ assurance and planning
   purpose, and to facilitate document checks. Upon verification, a vaccination
   certificate acceptance letter will be issued, which may be used for
   airline/ferry/bus boarding or at Singapore immigration, if needed.
 * Travellers who have difficulty verifying their vaccination certificates via
   the VCP or do not hold recognised DVC can continue to show their vaccination
   app or vaccination certificates as proof of vaccination at the point of
   boarding, and should use manual immigration counters on arrival for an
   immigration officer to verify their vaccination status. Travellers can also
   refer to the Vaccination Certificate FAQ if there are issues faced while
   using the VCP.
