How The Program Works

FAQ

1. What happens after my lead is submitted?
As part of the lead qualification process, Genesys may invite you to participate
in a discovery call with the prospect. Leads that convert into opportunities
will be pursued either by the Genesys direct sales team or a Genesys reseller.
2. How can I track the status of the submitted lead?
PartnerStack will send a notification when the lead is approved or rejected. In
addition, you may view the status of the lead here.
3. How will I know when an approved lead becomes a closed deal?
PartnerStack will send a notification when the deal is closed-won, including the
Referral Revenue and the Referral Commission fee.
4. When will Referral Fee Commission payments be issued?
Referral Commission Fee payments are issued within 30 days following the end of
the month in which the subscription starts.
5. How can I set up my account to receive payments?
This article explains how referral fee payments are administered through
PartnerStack. First step is linking your account to a payment provider (Paypal
or Stripe) per directions in the Adding a payment provider support guide.
6. Where can I obtain additional information or help regarding the Genesys
Referral Program?
