scattered brain and hard to find. Did not receive the loot bags at the end, at
least wasn't charged for it. Also, shortage of helium, means no nice balloons.

The manager was lovely, and so were the mechanics. They provided optimal service
at a low price, considering my personal circumstances. The manager was
resourceful, and managed all the phone calls and emails with the insurance
company. (It was really nice not having to deal with all of that!). Lastly, they
gave my car back nicely washed!! She told me people would slowly walk past my
car and admire it (I don't blame them, it looked pretty sweet!).. I wonder if
they used it as a marketing strategy! 😉 Well deserved. I would of given 5 stars
if the interior was more welcoming, but the service is more important. 4

Took my accent 2015 for rear brakes replaced 2 days ago. Called to book in the
morning and be able to come after work at the same day. Price is way more
affordable than Hyundai dealers and competitive with other shops. Definitely

I came here a couple years ago to safety my Volkswagen Jetta, and it was a super
fast process. So I just got a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and I figured let’s get
the safety done here, I figured I would have to put some money into it to fix
this or that but I was wrong the van passed safety no problem.I will always come
to best deals auto for my safety as they don’t nickel and dime you like all the

I visited Best Deals Auto when I was in a bit of a pinch. I had just bought a
used car and needed safety. I was hoping to get that done and visit Service
Ontario to conclude the transaction by changing the ownership. The first three
mechanic shops I visited said absolutely no, they had way too much to do to
facilitate me. Then I went to Best Deals Auto. Anita greeted me as though I was
already a customer, listened to my request and told me that although she had
five cars to take care of ahead of mine, I could leave the car overnight and she
would have the inspection done in the morning and call me to let me know when it
was ready. Although she could not accommodate me right away, she offered me a
viable solution, which none of the others had even taken the time to think
about. I liked that she was able to offer me a solution when others just thought
that the situation was impossible. The cost of safety inspections is also much
better than what the other shops offered.She called me the next morning to let
me know that the inspection was done and I am now enjoying my car. Thanks Anita,
for your professional and friendly style and for providing a solution instead of
focusing only on the existing problems. I most definitely recommend Best Deals

Anita is great at responding crazy fast when contacting her via here. I arranged
to arrive at opening time on New Year's Eve for a safety test, after contacting
her the night before. The work was got done within 45 mins of my arrival, which
is the quickest safety test I've ever had done.I noticed that the price is going
up $5 as of tomorrow (Jan 1 2010), so I'm glad I was able to get in on such
short notice.The only minor thing I'd adjust is putting a sign in front of the
door that the mechanic uses to walk in & out of the office area, as it was
opened on me, but I'm not holding that against this place, as everything else
made it such a perfect 5-star experience 🙂read more

I decided to give this place a 5 star rating because the things they fixed were
fixed well. I expected a bill I've $1200 plus tax but I ended up with a bill
over nearly $1950 $222 of which was tax. I was also told on the phone I wouldn't
be charged for diagnostic but they charged me $50 for it anyways. Finally after
leaving I thought everything was solid but three days later a load rumbling was
coming from the muffler. Turns out it needed to be replaced but any proper
mechanic could tell this. So they clearly skipped over this. I found a cheaper
mechanic that did the whole muffler job in under an hour for $130. Will they fix
your car yes but I felt it was a bit too pricey for "best deals"read more

I must say this garage is really honest and true in their job. I went there for
job on my new as well as 13 year old car and got job what I was expecting, its
really no frills. I do almost all my cars' maintenance myself for last 10-12
years but go to a mechanic if they are reliable and speciality tools are
required.Believe me, these guys are really professionals and well equipped.If

I rarely do reviews if at all but It's hard to find an honest mechanic out there
and figured it was well deserved, I needed a Safety Standard Certificate for my
car and compared to everywhere else I checked they had the most reasonable
price, also compared to the other places they did not try to push other
unnecessary repairs on me in order to give me the certificate.They were very
polite, friendly, professional and to the point and within the span of 15
minutes I walked out with my car's certificate and my expectations

I'm a very picky person about the mechanics I go to. They serve me quickly and
they have done a great job. They've replaced my windshield, replaced my front
brake pads and rotors. And tomorrow they will be replacing my battery. Because

professional when it comes to dealing with my car and myself.It took less than
an hour to have the car inspected and back on the road which is way better than
taking it to Canadian Tire who are morons and have no clue about car mechanics.I
have custom built cars and motorcycles since the early 70s and know if a place
is trying to cheat me out of my hard earned money.There are a few reviews on
this site that give a one star rating because they don't understand the problems
with their car or they are trying to scam the system.I have sent a number of

I liked the customer service over there, and they have saved me lots of money by
being honest. The Kia dealership was about to charge me a huge amount for my car
brakes (my car is electric so its expensive), those people checked it out and
only charged me for the safety certificate and the brakes were great. Dealership
was cheating on me to get my money, but this shop (Best Deals Auto) inspected my
car professionally and found nothing in my car that needs to be repaired. I
recommend it.read more
