WDG Capital Partners is a real estate firm based in Southern California that
specializes in environmentally supportive land investment and development, with
a focus on renewable energy.



WDG Capital Partners acquires and develops underutilized land to support
environmental initiatives while generating a return on capital and mitigating
investment risk. Property focus is on rural land investment near urban growth to
ensure service of ecosystem and population needs in the most environmentally
friendly manner possible.

From our founding in 2009, the primary objective has been supporting
sustainability for our projects and their surrounding areas and we pride
ourselves in the strong relationships we build along the way.

WDG wields deep expertise in real estate, development and planning, clean
technology, finance and operations management to every development it
undertakes. In the past two years, WDG has successfully developed over 1,000
acres of solar and wind power projects.

from its fifth investment fund, having successfully deployed previous capital
since its inception in 2009. WDG’s deep capital reserves empowers the company to
pursue a wide breadth of acquisitions and developments across Southern
California.
