Purpose and Expectations:

The purpose of a Process Technician is to provide support to direct
manufacturing activities. This is in the form of repairing fixtures, secondary
equipment, minor mold repair, building robot arm tooling, storage of molds and
fixtures, maintaining mold records, and mold / fixture preventative maintenance.
The position will require familiarity with quality expectations.

In addition, each associate must understand the production standards and
communicate any variances to the standard to their supervisor. All associates
are expected to perform all activities in a safe manner and to report any safety
concerns or injuries immediately. Work areas are to be maintained in a clean and
organized state at all times. Also, the associate is to ensure that parts are
being manufactured and packaged to meet customers’ expectations within a
standard for each job.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide mold and fixture preventative maintenance.
2. Maintain molds in running order. This includes and is not limited to
vibration
welders, sonic welders, welder nesting and robot auxiliary equipment.
3. Must be at a skilled mechanics level.
4. Requires a strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
systems and controls.
5. Store and document molds and fixtures.
6. Change mold inserts (as equipment requires).
7. Change secondary equipment inserts and nesting.
8. Diagnose (troubleshoot) secondary equipment problems.
9. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with co-workers, employer,
customers and suppliers.
10. Uphold a strong desire to learn new and changing technologies.
11. Perform activities in a safe manner.
12. Must have acceptable attendance record.
13. Ability to manage and train subordinate(s).
14. Must attend all mandatory company meeting and safety education sessions.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned.
16. A high level of ability to troubleshoot processing problems and make
adjustments to make good parts is a requirement.

Physical Demands:

1. Standing and walking for periods of eight hours at a time.
2. Reaching, feeling, handling, grasping, twisting and turning.
3. Feeling part inconsistencies and variances by touch; using your fingers.
4. Lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling heavy objects, no limit on weight
but
most use good judgment on how things are moved and what assisted means
are utilized.
5. Ability to distinguish colors and shading.
6. If the associate requires corrective vision lenses, they must have and use
them to be able to perform the part quality inspections.
7. Good communication skills with the ability to speak and perceive others
clearly.

Environmental and Working Condition:

1. Work with some chemicals.
2. Work with electronics and hydraulics.
3. Work in an environment where safety is always a priority.

The purpose of the blow molding operator is to ensure that the parts being
manufactured and packaged meet customer expectations within the standards set
for each job. Associates are expected to learn and understand customer quality
expectations through the use of quality system procedures, and on the job
training. In addition, each associate must understand the production standards
and communicate any variances to the standard to their supervisor. All
associates are expected to perform all activities in a safe manner and report

Job Description:
1. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with co-workers, employer,
customers and suppliers.
2. Perform activities in a safe manner.

4. Learn and apply quality and production standards to all customer parts that
you are assigned to work on.
5. Must be able to learn and run all blow molding machines., parts, jobs,
secondary and processes.
6. Proper removal and handling of parts.
7. Keep up with established job rates.
8. Log all rejects and track all production counts.
9. Ensure customer quality expectations are met.
10. Assure that good parts are not being discarded.
11. Assist with on the job training of new associates when they are assigned to
your area. Assist the new associates in the proper job specific methods,
paperwork and safety concerns.
12. Ensure that job specific responsibilities are followed and that product is
packaged per defined standards. Never package questionable products. Always
obtain advice from your supervisor, quality person, technician, or the floor
leader.
13. Must learn and follow all applicable quality procedures associated with blow
molding production practices.
14. Perform any assigned secondary work.
15. Maintain a clean work area and perform clean up work as assigned by your
supervisor. If your work area goes down, immediately start cleaning up the area
until your supervisor or technician reassigns you.
16. Attend all mandatory company meetings and safety education sessions.
17. Perform any other duties as assigned.

General Summary:
The purpose of the Shipping Coordinator position is to provide for the accurate
and timely movement of materials in and out of the warehouse. Accountable for
accuracy of all transactions. Responsible for the appearance of an assigned
area. Ability and willingness to cross train within a specific job function and
other duties as assigned will be high expectations of this position. An ability
to display leadership qualities is also an extremely high expectation of this
position.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with co-workers, employer,
customers, and suppliers.
• Must be a team player and work well with a wide variety of people.
• Uphold a strong desire to learn new and changing technologies.
• Perform activities in a safe manner. Must always be on the lookout for safety
issues for all associates.
• Unload/load trailers; read/understand packing slips, freight bills/damages and
receive customer returns.
• Process shipments of products; confirm pick lists and labels and coordinate
shipments. Ensure all product is properly packaged and labeled prior to loading
and shipping.
• Operator the forklifts as needed; load/unload truck; maintain equipment;
perform operational and safety checks; external warehousing may be required
• Responsible for final audits and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work and think independently and be able to give work
direction to others when required.
• Ability and willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse, meeting quality
and efficiency expectations.
• Warehouse associates are expected to pay extra attention to their work and
assist and train other warehouse associates when appropriate and/or required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skill Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or HSED and/or combination of experience, training,
and education preferred.
• IQMS experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Flambeau certified forklift license.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive the bump truck as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse system and manual.
• Ability to use basic math functions, i.e. addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division and percentages.
• Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules,
computer scanning devices, use of adjustable measuring instruments.
• Understand the interface between materials management functions and other
departments.
• Ability to organize and maintain order.
• Ability to use scanner guns and other similar type of equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Display professional conduct.

Physical Demand:
• Continuously lifting or moving material of light weight (up to 10 pounds)
• Frequently lifting or moving average weight material (between 25# to 60#)
• Occasionally lifting or moving heavy weight material (over 60#)
• Forklift activity includes ability to climb on and off forklift repeatedly
throughout the shift. This activity may be moderate to extreme depending on the
job function.

General Summary:

• The purpose of this position is to ensure that products being manufactured
meet the Engineering Specifications and Customer Requirements/Expectations.
• The QA Auditor is expected to work with Manufacturing and Engineering to
assure that the appropriate quality tools are provided and are being properly
utilized at each work center.
• The QA Auditor must understand and be able to properly communicate Customer
Quality Expectations and Concerns to all Manufacturing Associates in a friendly,
courteous, cooperative, and professional manner.
• The QA Auditor is expected to perform their duties in a safe manner and report
any safety concerns to their Supervisor, or the Operations Manager.
• All work areas should be maintained in a clean and efficient manner.
• The QA Auditor may periodically work in other work assignments, other shifts,
and work overtime and/or weekends to assist with coverage and unusual
circumstances.
• The QA Auditor is responsible for maintaining the requirements of the Quality
Management System as defined in the Flambeau Inc., Quality Manual and supporting
documentation, or as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• There may be other duties and responsibilities expected that are too numerous
and varied to describe in this format.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Accurately perform and document dimensional measurements of parts using
applicable equipment.
2. Analyze parts to evaluate them for visual/appearance defects. Assist with
creation and maintenance of visual inspection standards for new and existing
products including retains, customer supplied or company supplied samples and
related storage areas.
3. Conduct and document Dock Audits as needed.
4. Properly document analysis and findings on shop floor control charts as
required. All documentation must be clear and complete.
5. Accurately complete inspection forms and reports for all products. All forms
and reports must be clear and complete.
6. Assist with training for quality related activities, as necessary.
7. Maintain proper control of quality records as defined by the Quality
Management System.
8. Accurate sampling, recording, and calculation of numeric data.
9. Acceptable attendance record.
10. Any other duties necessary to support the quality function as assigned by
the Quality Manager.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Sitting, standing or walking for periods of up to four hours at a time.
2. Reaching, feeling, handling or grasping and detecting part inconsistencies
and variances by sight and touch.
3. Accurately distinguish colors and shades of colors.
4. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 40 pounds or less.
5. Twisting and turning to gain access to containers and packing crates.
6. Ability to travel to and from QA lab and shop floor work centers.

ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Inside offices, labs, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Various
environments considered.

EQUIPMENT USED
1. Micrometers.
2. Dial, digital, manual calipers.
3. Melt Flow Indexer.
4. Custom gages, gage pins, leak testers, and fixtures, both Customer supplied
and Flambeau Inc. supplied.
5. Computer (Outlook, Word, Excel).
6. Personal protective equipment as required.

Education and Skill Requirements:

EDUCATION
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Effective communication - oral and written.
2. Must be fluent in English.
3. Must be able to send and receive e-mail.
4. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
5. Must understand and follow work rules.
6. Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
7. Ability to make proper decisions, given information that is available.
8. Ability to read basic part drawings, and/or blue prints.
9. Ability to read and understand Control Plans, Operator Quality Requirements
(OQR’s), Inspection Test Reports (ITR’s), and Quality Alerts.
10. Ability to understand and follow all company work rules, policies,
procedures and guidelines..
