SAALS is a food, water and environmental testing laboratory.

SAALS is a NATA and Department of Agriculture and Water Resources accredited
laboratory for testing selected parameters on food samples.

SAALS is an SA owned and operated food and environmental testing laboratory
located in Adelaide. We offer rapid pathogen testing with results available
within 48hrs. SAALS uses advanced testing platforms such as VIDAStm and
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
