SPLIT AC HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS

Heat pumps are perfect for use in all but the absolute coldest northern
climates. Heat pumps are extremely energy efficient and use a heating element as
backup heat when the outdoor temperature drops below about 30° F. A split system
is the most common type using an outdoor condenser and an indoor air handler.

MOBILE HOME SPLIT ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEMS

These all electric split AC and heating systems are most suitable for extreme
southern, low-demand heating climates such as south Florida and south Texas.
These are a little less expensive to purchase than the much more efficient
heating side of heat pumps and will cost more to operate than heat pumps or a
gas furnace in the winter. Not recommended for anywhere but the extreme south.


MOBILE HOME SPLIT AND GAS HEATING SYSTEMS

These split AC and heating systems are suitable for all climates and include a
gas furnace for use with natural or propane gas, a cooling evaporator coil, and
an outdoor AC unit (condenser).


ADD A HEAT PUMP TO YOUR MOBILE HOME INDOOR UNIT

These are designed to be added to your existing heating only indoor electric air
handler or gas furnace. They include the complete outdoor heat pump condenser
and a cooling coil to be placed inside of, or on top of, your existing
compatible indoor unit.


ADD AIR CONDITIONING TO YOUR EXISTING MOBILE HOME INDOOR UNIT

These are a cooling only (no heat) addition to your compatible mobile home
indoor unit. Your existing indoor unit will need to be capable of providing heat
as needed. Includes the indoor cooling evaporator coil and a complete outdoor AC
unit (condenser).


MOBILE HOME SELF-CONTAINED PACKAGE UNIT SYSTEMS

These are package units which means the outdoor section provides the cooling
and/or heating (as you select) with no indoor unit required. The supply and
return ductwork are connected directly to this outdoor unit. These are the most
common mobile home application and are the easiest to install and maintain.

using small 2 “ ducts (consuming 75% less space) without the need for extensive

UNICO HIGH VELOCITY HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS

These are similar to ordinary split system heat pumps in that the outdoor AC &
heat pump condenser is attached to the indoor unit via a set of copper
refrigerant lines. Choose from a variety of indoor unit applications based on
your particular need.


UNICO COOLING ONLY HIGH VELOCITY SYSTEMS

These are complete high velocity systems typically used when there is an
existing heat source in your home such as a central boiler or radiant floor
heating. These complete systems provide central cooling with the ability to add
central heat at a later time should you choose.

Mini-Split Ductless AC Systems

Why are mini split systems taking America and the world by storm? It’s simple.
They cost as little as 4 cents per hour to operate (Yep! Just 4 cents!!!!), can
be installed in a few hours, produce very little to no noise, and require no
messy and bulky ductwork. Perfect for whole home applications, room additions,
garage enclosures, or simply adding cooling and heating to rooms that need an
additional boost in comfort.


SINGLE ZONE DUCTLESS MINI SPLIT SYSTEMS

Used for single room or “zone”. Choose from a variety of indoor unit styles
including wall mounted, ceiling cassettes, ceiling mounted, horizontal ducted,
and lower sidewall mounted.


MULTI ZONE DUCTLESS MINI SPLIT SYSTEMS

Used for multiple rooms or “zones”. Choose from 2-9 zones and select different
indoor units depending on the need of each room. This allows you to set
different temperatures for different rooms.


COMMERCIAL DUCTLESS MINI SPLIT SYSTEMS

Designed with the special needs and extra load placed on commercial mini split
applications. These are heavy-duty versions of the residential models and are
designed to last longer, requiring less maintenance than ordinary ducted systems
and costing up to 85% less to operate.
