SIENA. Da Anna Ferretti (S.I.E.N.A.) riceviamo e pubblichiamo.

“Tante buone notizie quelle riferite dall’Assessore Papi alla Consulta comunale
per l’integrazione delle persone in situazione di disabilità e delle loro
famiglie.

Una informazione però, non di stretta pertinenza del suo assessorato, è stata
elusa dal comunicato. L’interlocuzione tra l’assessore Tucci e AT sul ripristino
della linea 3 è andata male e fino al 2025 non se ne riparla, così ha riferito
l’assessore Papi. L’informazione è emersa a seguito di una domanda posta
all’assessore da una associazione che lavora sul Dopo di noi in quella zona.

Questa è una pessima notizia. L’assessore Tucci, nonostante che il 28 settembre
2023 il consigliere PD Masi avesse evidenziato il problema, non ha fatto niente
per modificare accordi presi dalla giunta De Mossi, da lui sostenuta. Al
consigliere Masi dichiarò: “Il cambio di passo annunciato dall’amministrazione
nel campo del trasporto pubblico porterà a delle novità che sono state
progettate sulla base di esigenze e richieste manifestate dai cittadini”.

Forse l’assessore Tucci non è stato abbastanza attento a cosa andava a
modificare e non aveva sentito tutta la cittadinanza.

Solo dopo la mia interrogazione di gennaio 24 ha dichiarato che avrebbe provato
a parlare con AT, viste anche le vibrate proteste arrivate associazioni,
Università, famiglie, Casa di Riposo Caccialupi…

L’assessore Tucci non si può fermare al primo “no” di AT. Si tratta di
impegnarsi a ridisegnare le linee nuove attivate, senza togliere niente a
nessuno (vedi nuova linea per Sant’Andrea), prima del 2025.

Non si può penalizzare una zona così vitale della città, dove è presente una
realtà importante come Casa Clementina (frutto di un accordo sinergico tra
pubblico e famiglie), un polo universitario, una RSA..

L’Amministrazione deve avere la capacità di rimediare ad un progetto sbagliato”.
