BALINESE FOOD WITH TRADITIONAL SPICE FROM BALI.

     This was one of our highlights! Using fresh, local herbs and ingredients,
   making own paste and sauces. Everything we cooked was delicious and we can
   easily cook all of the... read more dishes again. I have food allergies, and
   they were able to change the menu to meet our needs. We did this with 2 boys
   12 and 11 and they loved it and were keen to get involved too. Sat down and
   ate the food and was offered the leftovers to take home which we did - dinner

   was very well managed. Recipes printed and with free space for making notes.

     Absolutely amazing day spent cooking the most authentic Balinese meal I ate
   during my whole stay in Bali. Wayan and Gede picked us up from our resort and
   drove us... read more to the class which was very helpful.
   
   Wayan gave us a great tour of his property and the phenomenal variety of
   produce that he grows on site, we also met his lovely daughter which was
   nice.
   
   Gede and his wife Arijani were the best teachers, we cooked mouth watering
   vegan dishes and it truly was spectacular. It was a lot of work and we
   definitely worked up an appetite. I have all the recipes with me and can't
   wait to try cooking them at home.
   
   Highly recommend this for a true Balinese cooking experience. Thanks for a

   herb garden and the recipes are delicious! The leftovers they packed for us
   and we will have... read more it for dinner. It’s not a problem to bring
   children. Definitely recommend to come here! They even gave us some lemons
   and star fruit fresh from the tree to take back with us.

     We really enjoyed the Adjani Bali traditional balinese cooking class. The
   staff was very friendly and picked us up at our villa, which was a 20 minute
   ride. The food... read more was very good and the staff was very good in
   explaining everything about the ingredients and the herbes. During the course
   we made a five course traditional balinese meal which we subsequently enjoyed
   over lunch. On top of this the, chef also learned us how to make a
   traditional sambal trassi, which was spicy but really nice. All in all, a
   very good good experience and well worth the money. A must do when you are
   visiting the Lovina area.

   simple but truly delicious, and makes for a great way to spend a morning and
