PITNEY BOWES CLIENTS CAN NOW ACCESS THE BEST USPS® RATES ON THE MARKET.

As the largest work share partner of the USPS, and a 100+ year partnership, we
are excited to announce the Pitney Bowes + USPS Connect™ eCommerce (CeC)
program. This new USPS program simplifies the process for shipping platforms to
work with the USPS and unlock benefits for them and their clients.

This gives you access to the best rates on the market which saves you money on
every package you send, while avoiding lines at the post office.

And, with holiday peak season upon us, and concerns of rising costs, these
discounts couldn’t come at a better time. Pitney Bowes clients can now access
USPS rates up to $1.82 lower than your existing Commercial Pricing discounts.
That’s up to a 15% savings off already discounted peak rates.

CeC rates have been available to Pitney Bowes clients since November 18 for the
following services:

 * All Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelopes and Boxes.
 * Majority Priority Mail Regional Rate Box® shipments up to Zone 6.
 * Majority Priority Mail Cubic® rates up to Zone 6.
 * Majority weight-based shipments <10 lbs up to Zone 6.

And savings are getting even better. The USPS announced even greater savings on
smaller, lighter weight packages traveling to shorter distances beginning
December 9. These new rates will be automatically updated in your shipping
solution, so you never have to worry about getting the best rates.

With Pitney Bowes and USPS, what you see is what you get. No tricks, surprises,
or hidden fees. Below are a few examples of the additional savings you’ll see,
as well as some commonly asked questions about these new rates.

What does the USPS Connect eCommerce program mean to my organization?

As a Pitney Bowes client, our participation in CeC means you save even more
money when shipping packages through USPS. Providing our clients access to the
best shipping technology, service, and prices is our top priority, and this
program is the next step in doing just that. With rising fuel costs, inflation,
and supply chain challenges, these deeply discounted rates provide peace of mind
knowing that you’re receiving the lowest rates possible, saving your
organization both time and money.

How does this affect my pricing with USPS?

You automatically have access to the best prices on the market. While new rates
vary based on the specific service level, package weight, and service zone, you
should see an average savings of 9% compared to the Priority Mail pricing that
was previously available.

How do I get access to this pricing?

We’re pleased to share that as of November 18, 2022, you automatically have
access to these rates – no updates or action required. The rates will
automatically show as part of your typical process to create shipping labels and
continue to update as we receive new rates throughout the year. Simply log in to
your Pitney Bowes shipping solution and start saving.


How long will these new rates last?

Peak Season surcharges will remain in effect through January 22, 2023 (learn
more about USPS and carrier holiday surcharges), but the new rates available
through this partnership are here to stay. That means, even after the holiday
season, you’ll continue to see deeper discounts on USPS shipping rates
throughout the year.

*The discount is not available for all weights and zones.
