Over the last ten to fifteen years security alarm systems have changed in many
ways due to newer and ever evolving technologies. Many traditional ‘old school’
home alarm systems rely on a main alarm control box with hardwired motion
sensors, door alarms, keypads and sirens.

These older security alarm systems need to be installed by a professional
security alarm technician and in most cases, you will pay ongoing monthly fees
for back-to-base monitoring. Still today these types of home security systems
are being used however these days there are more superior home alarm systems
that provide enhanced features allowing end-users more control, easier
operational flexibility and much lower running costs making them ideal security
alarms for shops, businesses, home owners and renters across Australia.

Our Chuango product range includes the wireless H4-LTE 4G & WiFi smart security
alarm that communicates with you via WiFi or any 4G/3G mobile network. This
means you can self-monitor your alarm via your mobile phone anywhere in the
world as long as you have mobile phone coverage.

The Chuango wireless AW1 Plus WiFi security alarm system uses your WiFi internet
connection and sends you push notifications to your smartphone via an APP. As
long as your smartphone has internet data access you can self-monitor your
security alarm anywhere, anytime.

Home security systems really have come a long way. Our Smanos K2 product range
is more than just a security alarm system. It’s a Smarthome system (Z Wave
security alarm system) and works with Google Home, Google Assistant, Amazon
Alexa, Amazon Echo, Nest and Philips Hue lighting. The Smanos K2 Smarthome
security system connects to your WiFi internet and can be easily self-monitored
and controlled from your smartphone. There are many programmable features and
functions available with the K2 system. We also have a range of solar powered
alarm systems that are ideal for backyards, sheds and other open areas.

All our security alarm systems and products come with a two-year warranty and
free after-sales technical support is available between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday

We did have a Chuango Home Security system for the last 6 years. First the old 2
G than the later 3 G system. We have been very happy with the 2 different
systems at all times. Now we just purchased the latest LTE / 4 G system. We only
have the system operating for the last 2 days as we did have problems setting
the system up. We did contact Nick who did walk us step by step through the set
up and thanks to Nick's the system now does work perfect. Security Alarm systems
, Belinda and Nick could not be more helpful . Anyone looking for a self
monitored Alarm System we recommend Security Alarm System and Chuango.

I installed Smanos K2 the other day and it was relatively easy although the
instructions were a little light on. I got through it unscathed and it all works
as described so we have peace of mind knowing our house will be very noisy and
that I will receive push notifications should someone break in. The individual
pieces look great once set up which is why I guess I went with the design in the
first place. Just looks smart! Just some points worth noting from my experience
with the installation: 1. I hope the self adhesive tape holds the DS20 as there
were no tiny screws for these. I screwed all the other units onto the wall
rather than use the double sided tape. The tape is good if you’re renting. 2.
I’d like to have seen more installation options in the literature for the DS20.
I figured it out different configurations using the test mode as not all doors
and windows have flat surfaces making it a straight forward installation as
shown in the pictures. 3. The siren I found out can be installed on a wall or
the ceiling. I was a little confused as the back plate “up arrow” makes you
think it can only go on the wall. 4. Would be good if you could buy individual
DS20’s instead of having to purchase a pair. 5. Didn’t know before purchasing
but the motion sensor is best placed at 90deg instead of directly in front of
someone’s walking direction. It cannot be placed above 2.2m on the wall either
making it relatively easy for an intruder to pull/smash it off.

by step on what to do with it and finally found what the problem was. Offer
options of solutions, and I ended buying a replacement over the phone, because
its over the warranty period. It arrived a couple days after. They patiently
guide me through with troubleshooting, even just a few minutes before their
closing time. Great customer service.
