View our returns video here: Online Returns Process Tyndale Repairs and Alterations As an included service of Tyndale’s Managed Apparel Programs, Tyndale offers complimentary repairs and alterations on garments purchased from Tyndale. Employees may receive alterations/repairs at any time, provided the garment is still in clean, usable condition. Tyndale can perform the following simple repairs and minor alterations: * Fixing minor tears - complimentary * Fixing minor holes in a garment (less than 1") complimentary * Repairing a seam - complimentary * Hemming pants - complimentary * Note: pants hemmed from the original inseam length are not returnable. Garments in need of repair must be laundered/clean prior to shipping to Tyndale. Tyndale’s return policy allows garments to be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery as long as they have not been washed, worn or altered. Once a garment has been washed, worn or altered, or is past the 60 day window, we are no longer able to process a return or an exchange. It is very important that you try on all clothing right away.
