ADAM HERGENROTHER is the Founder and CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies, which
includes KW Vermont, Hergenrother Realty Group, BlackRock Construction, Adam

organization in less than ten years by creating a culture where personal growth

challenges including Bikram yoga, hiking, Ironman races, white-water rafting,
skiing, and more. He fuels his mind and spirit with 40 minutes a day of
meditation, and spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family and

I love the fact that Adam and Hallie narrated the audible version! Made it a lot
easier to digest for some reason. I will be keeping this on my “arms length”
resource shelf to refer to often! I have the audio, hardcover, and Kindle
version of this book! Book for bedtime, audio for drive time, and kindle for the
wait time!
Absolutely recommend this book to all admin assistants and EAs looking for more.
I have notes for my founder (my CEO) and hope she will read it as well!

Just hired on and "Top-graded" our Director of Operations and we are reading
this together. This is the perfect read for founders/leaders who are leveling up
and need that one Chief of Staff who can execute the vision and provide extreme
clarity of roles and expectations. It is what has been in my head and never
expressed so concisely. What I love most is the description that the Founder
takes and idea and vision from 0-2 and the COS takes it from 2-9 at which point
the COS hands it back to the Founder for it's blessing and bring it to a 10. The
thought process, advice, and instructions from this book (or roadmap) has saved
us countless sleepless nights and shaved years from our growth path. We have the
book AND the Audible version. The Audible version is fantastic because of all
the extra side notes and commentary from Adam and Hallie. Re-reading it for the
second time in two months. A must read for any founder who is looking for, or
has, that one great empire builder and protector. Together, with the right
people and expectations, we can grow exponentially.

I read The Founder and Force Multiplier in early 2020. I was REALLY searching
and yearning for a partner relationship with my executives as an Administrative
Assistant rather than note taker and order taker. I read the book, and while I
did not share it with my executives, I started doing my part, and am over the
moon to report that one of my executives introduced me as his Partner in a
rather large meeting this last week. Hallie and Adam - thank you for your
support, encouragement, advise, sharing your experiences, insights, and for
supporting the Administrative Community with this god nugget of a book!! Highly
recommend (and one that could be rea dover and over again).

leverage their skilled, talented assistants to do more and go farther in
business. We highly recommend this book. My copy has so many highlights, it's
not even funny.
