Tom Lydick, CEO, has over 40 years’ experience helping individuals and
corporations realize their financial goals. He founded Accountable Business
Solutions in 2004 to make his world-class accounting, taxation, and financial
analysis skills available to individuals, businesses and nonprofit
organizations.  Tom has worked in close partnership with his clients, developing
highly personal relationships built on trust and a sound understanding of each
client’s unique circumstances and goals.

Accountable Business Solutions provides tax-planning services for estates and
trusts. Working with the trustees, their attorneys, and their investment
advisors, we bring a valuable perspective to the planning process that helps all
parties evaluate the options in the context of the client’s overall financial
goals.

For Non-Profits

Accountable Business Solutions understands the special accounting and tax
planning needed by non-profit entities. We can serve as your part-time
Controller, track spending and funding flows by program and in aggregate, and
make sure all IRS filings requirements are completed. We’ll also work with your

Even though an organization has tax-exempt status, it may still be required to
file an annual statement or electronic notice with the IRS, pay taxes on
