Read our latest articles below, or search for something more specific: All our latest news 3rd March 2023 SEND AND ALTERNATIVE PROVISION IMPROVEMENT PLAN PUBLISHED On the 2nd March 2023 the government published a SEND and alternative provision improvement plan. 22nd February 2023 CBF STATEMENT ON THE SAFE AND WELLBEING REVIEWS: THEMATIC REVIEW AND LESSONS LEARNT REPORT On 21st February 2023, NHS England published a much-delayed report on the safety and wellbeing of all people with a learning disability and autistic people who were detained in inpatient units on 31st October 2021. 20th January 2023 CBF STATEMENT ON THE REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE DRAFT MENTAL HEALTH BILL On 19th January 2023 the Joint Committee on the Draft Mental Health Bill published its report.
