I'M INTERESTED IN ATTENDING SIGNAL LONDON, HOW CAN I REGISTER?

All Twilio and Twilio Segment customers will receive an invite via email for
SIGNAL London. Please reach out to your Twilio account executive if you still
need the link and they can share it with you to complete the process and
register

REQUEST TO ATTEND on the SIGNAL London landing page by completing a short form
with your details. SIGNAL London is specifically designed for active Twilio and
Twilio Segment customer or prospect companies, and a limited Developer audience.
Our team will review your details and confirm you meet the criteria. Once
approved you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration and
receive your ticket to attend in October. 

 

Each individual wanting to attend SIGNAL London needs to complete a separate
request. All approvals and links to complete registration are sent to the
individual's email address. 

SHOULD I ATTEND THE DEVELOPER TRAINING AT SIGNAL LONDON?

The developer track at SIGNAl London is aimed at Twilio builders. Whether you’re
new to our products or use them everyday, you’ll experience a day packed with
product updates and deep-dives to help you level up your Twilio knowledge and
interactive training to build upon your skills.

I'M A TWILIO CUSTOMER, WHY DO I HAVE TO REQUEST TO ATTEND? 

Twilio SIGNAL events are highly popular and exclusive for our customers. To
ensure this exclusivity we review and approve all those who are interested in
joining to limit non-customers and fraudulent activity, giving you the best
experience on the day.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED? 

You will receive an email to notify you that your request has been approved and
you can now complete your registration and join us in-person. Click the link on
the email and complete your details on the form, click submit and you’ll receive
a confirmation instantly.

CAN I JOIN SIGNAL LONDON VIRTUALLY? 

We are currently planning for a fully in-person event in London with no virtual
access. Check out SIGNAL Virtual for online content.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND SIGNAL LONDON? 

SIGNAL London is complimentary for all our customers and regional partners.
However, attendees must pay for their own travel and accommodation if required.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 

You may cancel your attendance at any time. Please let us know as early as
possible if you aren’t able to attend as there is limited space.

I RECIEVED AN INVITATION, BUT AM UNABLE TO MAKE IT. MAY I SHARE WITH SOMEONE
ELSE? 

Registration is non transferable. Additional attendees will need to complete
their own registration via the landing page and Request to Attend approval
process. If you are having any issues, please contact us via email.

I HAVE ALLERGIES AND/OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS 

Food & refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know
during registration using the options within the form if you have any allergies
or dietary restrictions and we will ensure you are catered for.

IS THERE A RECOMMENDED HOTEL FOR ATTENDEES?

DOES THE VENUE HAVE ACCESSIBILITY ACCESS? 

The venue is fully DDA compliant, all rooms are accessible. The stairs that are
in the Reception area also have a small lift.

IS THERE A COVID POLICY FOR SIGNAL LONDON? 

Twilio is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with local
guidelines, we are currently not requiring proof of vaccination or implementing
a testing protocol for SIGNAL. This is always subject to change.

 

We ask that you refrain from coming onsite if you are sick, or if you have been
exposed to covid within the last 10 days.
