and the rules and regulations notified thereunder ("RERA") on 1 May 2017, we are
in the process of updating our website(s) and contents of each page and project

As per RERA, the developer has a period of 90 days from 1st May 2017 (i.e. 31st
July 2017) to register with the relevant RERA authority, until which it can
still market the ongoing projects. As per RERA, Developers are not allowed to
advertise unregistered future phases of a project after a period of 90 days from
1st May 2017.

renderings of projects, images, copy, and other items, collectively referred to
as "Website Content" are purely indicative in nature, and are an artist’s
