WHAT WE DO

Our Personal Assistant’s and managers will work hard to make sure the service
user’s wishes for what they would like to achieve while it fits with the service
user’s lifestyle.

Using our experience, knowledge and linguistic skills, we complete assessments
to address service users’ needs to formulate a plan with the ultimate aim of
promoting independence and enabling the service user to achieve their goals.

Our Personal assistant’s are experienced in adapting their support with
activities in order to make them equally accessible to our service users.

When agencies or families contact us to make a referral, we will do our best to
source the Personal assistant’s who are the most suited in terms of skill and
training to work with your service user.
