Soma Media leverages its deep event expertise to deliver a complete virtual
experience. From registration to session recording to the live event days, we
create an immersive attendee experience. Here are a few examples of the recent
virtual events we’ve produced.




 * BLUE HEALTH INTELLIGENCE VIRTUAL CLIENT FORUM
   
   The BHI Annual Client Forum went virtual in 2020, providing attendees the
   best in medical data and analytics. Soma Media was brought in to provide a
   complete solution, including virtual recording, producing and live streaming
   over the 2 event days, and converting to a on-demand archive for post-event
   viewing. For 2021, BHI has once again chosen Soma Media to produce their
   virtual event.
   
   
   


 * NATIONAL CANCER REGISTRARS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE
   
   The NCRA required a robust platform for their Annual Conference. Soma Media
   provided a turnkey virtual event, incorporating NCRA’s own video content in
   an immersive, interactive virtual event experience. Attendees were
   particularly engaged in the online chat, making for a lively 3 day
   conference.
   
   
   


 * AMERICAN HOLISTIC VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE
   
   In 2020, AHVMA required a virtual event in place of their in-person annual
   conference. Having previously used our EventKaddy conference app, they chose
   us to provide a comprehensive event platform to facilitate their event
   online. AHVMA took advantage of our Continuing Education credit tracking,
   allowing attendees to track and receive their CE certificate from the
   platform. For 2021, AHVMA chose our EventKaddy app for their in-person event.
