Behind this venture is winemaker Christophe Durand of Dorrance Wines and restaurateur Faisal Khakoo of La Boheme Bistro & Wine Bar and Engruna Eatery, who saw the gap for a sophisticated yet relaxed food and wine experience that compliments the enchanting winery setting. Bouchon’s winelist embraces both local and international gems and is accompanied by a weekly ‘Travel Through Your Glass’ selection which allows you the opportunity to discover and enjoy spectacular wines from around the world by the glass. Complementing the wine offering is a weekly menu that boasts uncomplicated seasonal tapas and scrumptious desserts.
