Light, Organization, Community, Unification.




LOCU is a concept that was first practiced in  Cape Mount county and Bomi
county, Liberia, back in October 2017. It is first and foremost a security
concept where the individual's protection and safety in the community is
prioritized, by incorporating sports as a tool along with sentinel training to
connect with the various communities. When you train in-line with LOCU your
mindset and mentality will be challenged. We believe this is necessary if we are
to materialize our vision.
