   period, you will successfully obtain your Persona NFT, which will be
   claimable after the auction concludes on Feb 23rd, 2024 at 12:00 AM
   (midnight) UTC.
 * Excess funds bid above the winning cut-off will be refunded.
 * In case of a tie, there will be a raffle among top bids to define who mints a
   Persona NFT from highest bidders. So there is no rush to submit your bid and
   therefore there can be no gas war.
 * Each address is permitted to place only ONE bid throughout the auction.
 * Auction winners will have 24 hours to CLAIM their Persona NFT once the
