- Onsite Support is available for selected models of Speaker, UPS and Monitor
Category only.

- Selected models are shown in "SELECT PRODUCT" field

- 2.1, 4.1, portable, mini and some models of sound bar speakers are not
applicable for onsite customer place.

- Customer who purchased the product (mentioned in point no 3) from online
platform has to visit nearest service center for repair assistance.

- Customer who purchased the product (mentioned in point no 3) from a nearby
local store can avail repair assistance at his seller premises after getting an
approval from him. Engineer will visit dealer place as per his scheduled visit
on that location and repair.

5.1, Tower, DJ, Selected models of Trolley and Sound bar Speakers are applicable
for onsite service at customer premises.
