Air conditioning is responsible for a significant proportion of total building
energy consumption, accounting for 30-70% of total building expenses. Recently

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

How much savings can we expect?


Typical savings of our clients range from 10-20%. The amount of savings will
differ depending on energy consumption patterns. Those that use air conditioning
frequently or have equipment older than 5 years can expect a higher amount of
savings. A good starting point will be to save 10% on the electricity bill.

How will the energy be saved?

Energy can be reduced in 3 primary ways.
1. Operational adjustments that incorporate better practices.
2. Implementation of energy savings products that utilize new technologies.
3. Updating equipment and systems with modern energy efficient alternatives.
What types of buildings or companies are your services best suited for?

Companies and buildings that have a high level of energy consumption from air
conditioning systems or equipment and motors in constant operation have the most
to benefit from energy reduction. This includes offices, shopping malls,
schools, data centers, hotels, stores, supermarkets and restaurants.
What is involved in the implementation process?

The implementation process involves a site survey, savings assessment and
installation. During the site survey and savings assessment, we’ll gather data
on energy usage and consumption patterns. Installation does not take long. We
will access to AHUs, compressors, DB boxes and motors. If energy usage is not
monitored, we recommend the installation of an energy metering system.
Is regular maintenance required?

Our solutions require a low level of maintenance. We do recommend regular checks
to ensure the equipment is functioning as designed. We can instruct your teams
on maintenance procedures for our products or we can conduct the maintenance on
your behalf.
Will there be modification to existing equipment?

No. There is no change to existing equipment. Our products work alongside
equipment to increase their effectiveness.
