PATRON HEALTH & SAFETY


OUR PATRON HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

We ask our audiences to join us in providing the safest space possible for
patrons, cast, crew and staff as we raise the curtain. These safety measures
have been implemented after careful consideration of the local conditions. We
must do this to ensure the continued existence of top-tier live entertainment
for years to come.


ALL PATRONS TO BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19

"Fully vaccinated" means your performance is at least 14 days after your final
vaccine dose. To enter the theatre, please bring a photo ID and proof of
vaccination. This can either be your physical vaccination card or a picture of
your vaccination card. 



Guests under the age of 12 or those who need a reasonable accommodation for
medical reasons or due to a sincerely held religious belief must provide proof
of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the
theatre.


MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PATRONS, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS

Masks must be worn at all times, except when taking a drink from a purchased
beverage.



Please note that being in possession of a beverage does not excuse someone from
the mask requirement. Masks should have two or more layers of fabric and
completely cover the nose and mouth. Neck gaiters, scarves or other single-ply
fabrics, bandanas, and masks that incorporate openings, holes, visible gaps, or
non-solid material such as mesh or lace are prohibited. In accordance with CDC
guidelines, anyone over the age of 2 must wear a mask.


TOUCHLESS ENTRY WITH MOBILE TICKETS

To reduce person to person contact, all events will utilize mobile ticketing
only. Subscribers will be sent more information regarding mobile season tickets
in the next week or two. Single ticket holders can visit
okcciviccenter.com/mobile to learn more about managing your Civic Center mobile
tickets.


UPGRADED MERV-13 AIR FILTERS

The Civic Center has modified their HVAC system to include MERV-13 filtration,
increased outside air intake and disinfection of airflow. 

In addition: 



 * Participate in social distancing (remaining 6 feet apart as much as possible
   when outside the theatre. 

 * Please do not attend any performance if you or someone close to you is
   exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive in the past 14 days or
   have been in close contact with someone who has. 



In addition, the Civic Center Music Hall has implemented their own Health &
Safety Policy which includes increased sanitization and cleaning, hand sanitizer
stations and more. You can view their entire policy online at
okcciviccenter.com/health.



We continually monitor the situation and in an effort to follow the most up to
date recommendations from health officials, we will update this policy as new
information is presented. 



Should you have any questions or concerns about our COVID-19 policies, please
contact us. 


CURRENT SHOW INFORMATION

 * Roald Dahl's CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY has been rescheduled to
   October 26-31, 2021. Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for
   the same day of the week and performance time.



 * Disney's FROZEN, WICKED and BLUE MAN GROUP were not able to be rescheduled
   for this season. Subscribers should check their email for more information.



 * The remaining 2020-2021 shows have been rescheduled to the 2021-2022 season:
   
   * MY FAIR LADY is rescheduled for September 28-October 3, 2021
   
   * MEAN GIRLS is rescheduled for December 28, 2021-January 2, 2022
   
   * DEAR EVAN HANSEN is rescheduled for January 11-16, 2022
   
   * OKLAHOMA! is rescheduled for January 25-30, 2022
   
   * DISNEY'S THE LION KING was added for May 11-29, 2022. Subscribers attend
     May 11-17
   
   * PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL is rescheduled for August 16-21, 2022
   
   * STOMP is rescheduled for March 11-12, 2022

No action is needed from you. All tickets will be honored for rescheduled
performances. We'll email you directly with further information on how to claim
your mobile tickets and the health ans safety requirements for upcoming
performances.



Season ticket holders with questions should email seasontickets@okcbroadway.com.
Please understand our response may be delayed but we will get back with you as
soon as possible.



President's Club members should continue to reach out to
presidentsclub@okcbroadway.com.



Those who purchased through Civic Center Music Hall may contact the Civic Center
Box Office by clicking here or calling (405) 594-8300. The box office phones are
open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, however staff has been limited to ensure their
health and safety so if your call is not answered, please select the call back
option.
