I got in touch with customer services and even though they were not at fault they immediately sent out fresh flowers for the next day. Easy to get hold of and amazing friendly service, makes a lovely change these days! Definitely recommend. Their online help form gave me an auto response informing me that flowers should 'revive' once you have put them in water and to wait another 24hrs. Firstly this is not the point; they arrived as a birthday gift and looked terrible! Secondly, I felt very 'fobbed off' by this response and thirdly they did not 'revive'.
