The ProService Portal logs time and duration of each access to the system access
point of your customer. All this information is accessible in a history for the
installer and the customer. The logged time can be used for charging for the
work provided by the installer.

No tedious scheduling
Customer problems can be tackled via the remote maintenance. This reduces the
need for on-site visits and the number of scheduling conflicts.

Short response times by customer service
Long waits for on-site visits are a thing of the past. Configuration changes can
be done on short notice. This save time and effort for you as customer.

PRICE INFORMATION

The remote maintenance of one customer system via the ProService Portal is free
of charge. For the integration of multiple customers a yearly fee of 89 € will
be charged.


THE CUSTOMER WILL THANK YOU - FOR SURE

From the customer's point of view, the full strength of this remote maintenance
service becomes apparent. He gets full transparency and security: Only the
system owner can grant the installer access for max. 24 hours through a secure,
encrypted end-to-end connection that connects the ProService portal with his
system access point. Every access (person, time and duration) and every change
to the customer's system is logged and displayed unalterably to the customer and
the installer. In addition, the access granted can be terminated by the customer
at any time. This creates trust. Because your customer can see at any time when
and for how long you have been working on his system. Another advantage for the
customer is the elimination of travel costs and significantly faster processing
of his order.
