NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SERVICES

A full-fledged Non-Banking Financial Services platform which kicked-off with the
leasing activity in 2019 and is currently operating 8 licensed business lines:
leasing, factoring, microfinance, SME-lending, consumer finance, fintech,
securitization, and mortgage finance. All companies operate under one umbrella –
AUR Finance for Investments, an Egyptian company established in December 2017

NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SERVICES

(SODIC) has relaunched its New Zayed project, which currently spans an area of
464 acres, after being re-master planned. The project had been put on hold due
to the re-zoning of New Zayed city plans at large, according to a bourse filing
on Thursday. SODIC further launched a new phase of Karmell, which is one of
three neighborhoods in the 464-acre project. Designed by JZMK Partners, the
Karmell project brings the Californian “Carmel-by-the-sea”

NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SERVICES

The first project that will be executed is the Shalya project in New Cairo’s Taj
City, according to a recent statement. Under the two-year deal, Al-Hazek
Construction will implement construction works for 34 residential buildings in
Shalya comprising a total of 941 units stretching over an area of 34 feddans.
The first stage of the project is expected to be delivered within a period of 18
months.

NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SERVICES

The board of directors of the Housing and Development Bank (HD Bank) has
approved opening a new bank branch in New Alamein City in Marsa Matruh
governorate. It further approved the transfer of the branch located in the Egypt
International Exhibition Center (EIEC) beside El-Moshir Tantawy Axis to the
Fifth Settlement area, according to a stock exchange statement on Sunday.
