your webpage is important which is why many websites are linking to your page.

The quality and the quantity of backlinks is very important in getting ranked at
the top in the search result pages. If the quality of backlinks to your website
isn’t good, then search engine won’t consider your website as a quality source
of information. In Google search engine, PageRank (or PR) is then used to rank a
web page from 0 to 10. It shows the authority of the website. Try to backlink
your page with websites that have high page PR. You can check the PR of any
website online with any PR checker. All you have to do is type into any search
engine “PR checker” and you’ll find many PR checking tools.

Another thing to remember while trying the off-page SEO method is that you
shouldn’t use the same anchor text for all the backlinks. Anchor text is the
text that’s visible when redirecting hyperlinked text. Don’t always use “click
here” as anchor link. When possible use different words like “read more”, your
website’s URL, or a short title text. There is another term which is quite
famous in the SEO world. This term is known as “black hat SEO”. Black hat SEO is
the term used for creating hundreds of links to your website in a day. This
process used to work but search engines are now updated and are smart enough to
judge which links are spammy. Therefore, I would not recommend that you try to
rank your website by using black hat SEO techniques. Don’t go for the quantity
of backlinks, instead try to backlink with a quality website.

Backlink your website or blog with a website that’s in the same niche as yours.
Never backlink your website with another website that is not even closely
relevant to the content of your webpage or website. If you want to rank your
website by using “SEO strategies”, do not pay for backlinks. There are people
out there who will claim that they will provide hundreds of backlinks for less
than 5 dollars. Those links are of poor quality and spammy. These type of
backlinks will not help you to rank your website. Social media can play a very
important role in the ranking of your website on search engines. Connect your
social media accounts and pages with your website or weblog. Make good social
profiles and/or page of you on all the famous platforms of your website or
weblog. Share a link to your website or any content. If you post good quality
content, then your followers will like and share it. You will eventually get
good rankings and quality visitors by following this method.


ON-PAGE SEO

The second most important and famous technique of search engine optimization is
on-page SEO. On page SEO (also called on-site SEO) is used to optimize the
individual web pages of your website. It is done with both the content of your
website as well as the HTML. It can help you get more traffic on your website
and eventually rank your website on search engines. It is done by putting the
right keywords in the URL of your website. URL stands for Uniform Resource
Locator and it is used to determine the address of your website on the World
Wide Web. If you already have an URL, changing it is not the effective method.

your old URL. This will do the trick.

Use keywords in the headings that describe the content of your page. Search
engines focus more on the headings than the other contents on the page. If you
put the right keywords in your heading which is relevant to your content, you
have a chance of getting more traffic on your page. On-page SEO can also be done
by putting internal links in the page. If you own a website about programming
and the person is reading a page about C++, put an internal link to a related
page so they can continue to read and learn more. It will be useful for the
visitors as well as for you because it will help you achieve good Google
rankings.

Another thing that you can do is insert keywords in the images you post along
with your other web content. These keywords are not visible to the average
users. This process of inserting text into images is called “alt text”. Another
pro tip that I will give you is to always make sure your web content is useful
and that your website loads as fast as possible. Search engines value fast
loading websites and good quality content; thus you’ll get more traffic.

anyone can easily do it if they know the proper techniques. I’ll guide you on
how to start doing SEO for your website. Think about the niche of your website
or weblog. After you decide, make sure the domain of your website or blog
includes the keyword of your niche. Try to use natural and popular words for
your domain name. For example, if you want to make a website for your bike, a
domain like davidsbike.com is not good, try using mybike.com. If you already
have a website, then you can skip this step.

Use your keywords in the URLs of your website. Try to use organic words for the
URLs that are related to your niche, just like the domain name.
Use your keywords in your headings. Use creative headings. When you search for
bikes, what do you write in the browser? Best bikes in the US? You won’t search
for what kind of bikes are popular in the US. Keep this in mind and use words
that would attract you when you would search for the same thing. Use attractive
meta description tags. Meta descriptions are the little introductions of the
website that is shown under the link in the search page results. Make sure that
you write an attractive meta description that will entice Google searchers to

worry. Just make the introduction of your website good as search engines will
make the first 155 characters on your website the meta description
automatically.

Meta keywords are keywords that will tell search engines what your web content
is about, but Google doesn’t put much weight on this metric because of spammers.
I still use meta keywords because it doesn’t hurt. These keywords are not
visible on a normal page. Meta keywords are written in the HTML of the website.
When possible try to insert an internal link saying read more, further details,
click here, more information etc. If you don’t want to do that, just show your
website visitors any relevant content on your website and redirect them if they
ask for more information. Try to optimize the code of your website. This can be
done by asking a professional if you are not familiar with HTML. Make sure you
upload quality content. Also make sure that it’s relevant to what people are
searching for on your website to make them stay.

Never use any software for backlinks. If you can get genuine backlinks, that’s
100% better. If you can’t just try to make it easier for your visitors to share
your content on their social media profiles like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.
Make sure your keywords look natural in the content. Don’t use a single keyword
a hundred times in a 1000-word article because it will look spammy. Try use your
keyword once per every 100 words. When you limit the use of keywords, it’ll look
more natural to search engines and your readers.
