We wanted to inform you about an important change in how we communicate upcoming
releases and product updates to our valued users.
Starting 13th November 2023, we will be transitioning our Service Notifications
exclusively to the SmartHelp feature within the MarketDirect®️ StoreFront (MDSF)
application. This means that you will no longer receive Service Notifications
via email.
SmartHelp is designed to provide you with timely and relevant information
directly within the application, ensuring that you stay up to date on the latest
features, enhancements, and important announcements. You can access SmartHelp
with ease ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
Here's how to access SmartHelp:
1. Login to the MarketDirect®️ StoreFront (MDSF) application.
2. Click the SmartHelp Menu button.
3. You will find the latest release notes and helpful resources right at your
fingertips.
We believe this transition will enable us to deliver information to you more
efficiently and in a way, that's integrated with your user experience.
