HCBD manages the State of Montana Benefit Plan (State Plan) which provides benefits (ie. medical, prescription, dental, vision, life) for State of Montana Employees, Retirees, Legislators, and Survivors. The 2022 Wrap Plan Document is now available. It contains eligibility and coverage information for the State Plan’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, health center, wellness, and flexible spending account programs.
