User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by Company. Because
you alone are responsible for your User Content, you may expose yourself to
liability if, for example, your User Content violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
Company is not obligated to backup any User Content, and your User Content may
be deleted from the Site at any time without prior notice. You are solely
responsible for creating and maintaining your own backup copies of your User
Content if you desire.

Licence. You hereby grant (and you represent and warrant that you have the right
to grant) to Company an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid,
worldwide licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform,
prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and
exploit your User Content, and to grant sublicences of the foregoing rights,
solely for the purposes of including your User Content in the Site. You hereby
irrevocably waive (and agree to cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of
moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.

Acceptable Use Policy. The following terms constitute our “Acceptable Use
Policy”:

You agree not to use the Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or
distribute any User Content (i) that violates any third-party right, including
any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right,
right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
(ii) that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful,
invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally
misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes
racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or
individual or is otherwise objectionable; (iii) that is harmful to minors in any
way; or (iv) that is in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or
restrictions imposed by any third party.

In addition, you agree not to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through
the Site any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or
alter a computer system or data; (ii) send through the Site unsolicited or
unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters,
pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages,
whether commercial or otherwise; (iii) use the Site to harvest, collect, gather
or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail
addresses, without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an
undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Site, or violate the
regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain
unauthorized access to the Site (or to other computer systems or networks
connected to or used together with the Site), whether through password mining or
any other means; (vi) harass or interfere with any other user’s use and
enjoyment of the Site; or (vi) use software or automated agents or scripts to
produce multiple accounts on the Site, or to generate automated searches,
requests, or queries to (or to strip, scrape, or mine data from) the Site
(provided, however, that we conditionally grant to the operators of public
search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from the
Site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating
publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or
archives of such materials, subject to the parameters set forth in our
robots.txt file).

Enforcement. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review any User
Content, and to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our
sole discretion if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision
of these Terms or otherwise create liability for us or any other person. Such
action may include removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your
Account in accordance with Section 8, and/or reporting you to law enforcement
authorities.

Feedback. If you provide Company with any feedback or suggestions regarding the
Site (“Feedback”), you hereby assign to Company all rights in such Feedback and
agree that Company shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback
and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Company will treat
any Feedback you provide to Company as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You
agree that you will not submit to Company any information or ideas that you
consider to be confidential or proprietary.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Company (and its officers, employees,
and agents), including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made
by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your
violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations
or (d) your User Content. Company reserves the right, at your expense, to assume
the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to

Limitation on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the final paragraph in
this Section 7, in no event shall Company (or our suppliers) be liable to you or
any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of

law, but Company does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused
by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability
which may not be excluded by law.

Term and Termination. Subject to this Section, these Terms will remain in full
force and effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your rights
to use the Site (including your Account) at any time for any reason at our sole
discretion, including for any use of the Site in violation of these Terms. Upon
termination of your rights under these Terms, your Account and right to access
and use the Site will terminate immediately. You understand that any termination

Relationship between you and us. You confirm that you are acting on your own
behalf and not for the benefit of any other person. Your relationship to Company
is that of an independent contractor, and neither party is an agent or partner
of the other.

Assignment. These Terms, and your rights and obligations herein, may not be
assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without
Company’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract,
delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.
Company may freely assign these Terms. The terms and conditions set forth in
these Terms shall be binding upon assignees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out
of or in connection with their subject matter or formation (including
non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the law of the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. You agree
that the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction
to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject
matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) of these

POINT OF SALE TERMINALS WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY AND MODERN PAYMENT METHODS

A payment terminal, also known as a point-of-sale terminal, credit card
terminal, EFTPOS terminal allows the use of cashless payment at the point of
sale / point of purchase. There are several types of terminals for retailers,
though most have the same basic purpose and functions. They allow a merchant to
read, scan, or manually enter the required credit / debit card information,
accept NFC contactless transactions, and transfer that data to the merchant
service provider for authorization and ultimately, transfer funds to the
merchant.

Current terminals allow not only payment by card-based means of payment but also
the payment using modern methods, such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, Line Pay,
WeChat Pay, WhatsApp Payments, PayPal and a lot of wallets. Higher-value models
not only process payment methods but also serve as a comprehensive screen for
customer loyalty at checkout. Common features include, but are not limited to,
the ability to process gift cards, checks, contactless and mobile wallet
payments. Some are also programmed to accept shop loyalty cards or allow the
customer to use the PIN fields to enter their information (eg telephone number)

POS terminal screens also allow traders to advertise products or services near
the register when the terminal is not in use. During the checkout process, many
terminals are set up to display a list of purchased items along with the running
total. In other cases, this functionality may be disabled or it may be used to
supplement a special screen that lists items that are being purchased. Some
stores also use the terminal for customers to view and agree to product warranty
terms.

The majority of card terminals transmit data over an internet connection.

While it is the right of any person to disclose their identity only if they like
to and stay anonymous, it is also the right of the company providing goods or
services to know whom they are dealing with (KYC) and if the customer is who

EFT / POS terminals

The oldest and still up-to-date type of card acceptance is the EFT or POS
terminal. Where a telephone line used to be needed nowadays the devices can be
used over all kinds of communication means. Be it by landline, mobile phone,
Internet (Wi-Fi and cable connections), satellite and wireless connections.

Modern terminals do not require physical cards and can communicate with the
smartphone via Tap & Go / NFC. Often there are other payment methods and
functions in the terminal integrated, such as a complete POS system. Of course,
also unanttended terminals for automatic systems, washing parks and gas stations
are supported.

Since each bank offers different terminal types from several manufacturers, the
merchant can choose the right device or use devices from several banks for On-Us
transactions.

eCommerce & Online Sales

eCommerce or electronic commerce or online commerce is growing year by year.
This also increases the need for secure online payment methods. NetManagement
and the more than 100 Acceptance Banks affiliated to us support all global and
local credit and debit card types and the secure payment methods offered. Beside
the verification of the security code (CVC2, CVV2, 4DBC), the 3DSecure processes
such as Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, SafeKey, ProtectBuy and
J/Secure are used. In addition, NetManagement supports further functions and

Merchants can use direct authorizations or two-way transactions with reservation
and later collection (capture). Furthermore, cancellations and credits

Mail Order / Telephone Order (MoTo)

Mail Order / Telephone Order is a type of "card-not-present" transaction that
pays for services and products via telephone, postal, fax or Internet
communications. MOTO transactions take place without cardholders present and
without the actual card. As a result, these transactions are subject to a higher
risk of card fraud than transactions using a given card or 3DSecure transaction.
With NetManagement's fraud prevention, credit check and customer identification
services, risks can be minimized and MoTo transactions made simpler and safer.

Although MoTo stands for "Mail Order / Telephone Order", the declining
popularity of these two technologies has led to MoTo becoming a generic name for
many non-card transactions, including some types of Internet purchases.

The use of MoTo is predestined for integration into call centers, order and
accounting software, booking, reservation and ticket systems. NetManagement's
various interfaces and the vast platform and software support help software
developers easily integrate into projects.

DIRECT DEBIT / SEPA / ACH

Here is an overview of the supported direct debit services:

SINGLE EURO PAYMENTS AREA (SEPA)

The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is a payment-integration initiative of the
European Union for simplification of bank transfers and direct debits
denominated in EURO. SEPA consists of the 28 member states of the European
Union, the four member states of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), Monaco and San Marino.i From February
2014 the SEPA payment methods replace the known direct debits and remittances
(wire/credit transfers). With SEPA direct debits and remittances can be made at
a fixed price, without commission (revenue participation) in 34 countries.

SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) transactions are transmitted daily (at the request of
the merchant several times a day) to the more than 4,500 participating banks and
are usually settled the same day.

DIRECT DEBIT (UK)

Bacs Direct Debit is a simple, secure and reliable service that enables any
company to receive electronic payments directly from the debtor. It makes
economic sense to actively encourage all your customers to pay you automatically
with Bacs Direct Debit.

The Bacs Direct Debit requires an instruction from a customer to his bank that
authorizes one or more transactions to collect different amounts from their
account, usually for regular payments from household bills to donations to
charity. In 2017, over 4.2 billion direct debits were processed. The direct
debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, a money back
consumer protection.

ACH DIRECT DEBIT (USA)

The Automated Clearing House (ACH) network connects more than 25,000 banks and
other financial institutions to enable the electronic transfer of money between
accounts in the United States. The network can also handle ACH direct debits. In
2017, nearly 65 percent of the ACH network transactions were ACH direct debits.

ACH direct debit is also referred to as direct payment, and its most common use
is recurring billing between a customer and a biller, e.g. utility company,
insurance company or lender. According to a study, ACH direct debit is the
leading payment method for consumer bills in the USA. Almost 50 percent of all
bills were paid this way. Dealers also noted that receiving payments through the
ACH direct debit is the number one payment method, as it improves operations and
saves money. With recurring billing via ACH direct debit, it also ensures that
payment deadlines are met and invoices are paid in full.

MORE COUNTRIES / REGIONS

Different types of direct debits are also available in other countries and
regions. Some of these direct debits may be used directly and without the
written consent of the payer, and others require agreement by digital signature
or a PIN / TAN procedure. Below is a list of direct debits in other countries
and regions:

Poland - KIR (Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa) over the Elixir clearing system
Denmark - Betalingsservice
Malaysia - Financial Process Exchange (FPX)
Australia - Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) offers the Bulk
Electronic Clearing System (BECS/CS2)
South Africa - South African Reserve Bank offers the so called AC or
Authenticated Collections (DebiCheck)
Sweden - as Autogiro or with remote request for payment approval E-faktura

CRYPTO CURRENCY / BLOCKCHAIN CURRENCY

Accepting Crypto Currencies is almost as easy as accepting credit cards.

through a variety of secure transaction processes.

Typically, a predetermined number of currency units are collectively generated
by the entire system, the rate being predetermined and published, or limited by
the cryptographic mode of production. Thus, a significant difference between
most cryptocurrencies and everyday money is that a single party is not alone in
accelerating, impairing, or in any way materially abusing the production of
currency units. Cryptocurrencies do not require central banks and are therefore
not subject to any authority or other organization. As a result of their
decentralized structure, cryptocurrencies, unlike central bank money, generally
do not have a single point of failure that could jeopardize or even manipulate
the currency. However, this is to be put into perspective by the fact that some
cryptocurrencies are produced by owner-managed, private-sector companies
quasi-centrally, such as: For example, the ripple, in which the profit-oriented
company Ripple Labs holds 80 percent of new issues and distributed according to
its own rules.

Overall, cryptocurrencies, such as today's prevailing central bank money, which
is also fiat money, have no particular own or intrinsic value other than utility

recipients), which results from the utilization possibilities and the resulting
advantages.

In the case of heavy weight or bulky goods and transport there are some points
to be considered. In the following you get an overview of the kinds of heavy
weight transports which are available to send by us, what to be considered and
how to solve.

Accordingly to the CEP branch the available transports are general cargo,
dangerous goods (in small quantities as well) and bulk cargo with respecting
some points. Our range of heavy weight transports are not including liquid
bulks, suction, grabbable or some bulk cargo. Each carrier have their limit of
weight for parcels to send with the regular service. The limit is regularly
70,00kg. For a single parcel which weighs more than 70,00kg it is necessary to
take a subsidiary of the carrier or a freight forwarder. That means the price
will vary depending from the urgency and price. So, before you decide how to
pack a parcel, for example a 90,00kg parcel on one palette or divided into two
small palettes, it makes sense to calculate the two options regarding the costs
and transit times.

Further, each country has its limit of weight of accepting the import depending
if it’s a transport made by a CEP Courier, made by air or sea and if it´s a
Door-to-Door or a Door-to-Airport-delivery. So, a detailed investigation with
our NMOLI-System will guarantee a trouble-free transport and delivery.
