BONE-IN HAMS

Our hams have a one-of-a-kind taste and are cured with natural ingredients like
honey, brown sugar and maple syrup.


WHOLE HAMS

Cook’s Bone-In Whole, Skinless Shankless and Semi-Boneless Hams are fully cooked
and ready to eat, and may be served cold or heated as directed below. If frozen,
thaw ham in refrigerator 2 to 3 days.


HEATING HAM

 1. Heat oven to 325ºF. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on its
    side, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with
    aluminum foil.
 2. Heat approximately 15 to 20 minutes per pound until heated through.
 3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 20 minutes before serving.


GLAZING HAM

 1. If you intend to glaze your ham, remove ham from the oven 1/2 hour before
    end of heating time.
 2. Prepare your favorite ham glaze and apply evenly over the surface of the
    warm ham.
 3. Heat glazed ham uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.


LEFTOVERS

 1. Cook’s Ham is a great addition to any meal. Serve with eggs for breakfast,
    slice and add to your favorite salad, soup or sandwich. And don’t forget
    casseroles, stir-fry, kabobs and pasta dishes.


PORTIONED OR HALF HAMS

Cook’s Bone-In Portion, Half, Skinless Shankless and Semi-Boneless Hams are
fully cooked and ready-to-eat, and may be served cold or heated as directed
below.


HEATING HAM

 1. Heat oven to 325ºF. Remove all packaging materials (including clear ‘button’
    on bone of ham). Place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan;
    cover loosely with aluminum foil.
 2. Heat approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound until heated through.
 3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before
    serving.


GLAZING HAM

“ORIGINAL” SMOKED HAM (HICKORY OR HONEY)

 1. Remove all packaging materials.
 2. Place ham in a shallow pan; add ¼ cup water. Cover pan with foil.
 3. Heat at 325°F for approx. 20 to 30 minutes per lb.


SMOKED “MINI” PIT HAM (WHOLE OR HALF)

 1. Remove all packaging materials.
 2. Place ham in a shallow pan; add ½ cup water. Cover pan with foil.
 3. Heat at 325°F for approx. 20 to 30 minutes per lb. until heated through.


LEAN HALF HAM

 1. Remove all packaging materials.
 2. Place ham in a shallow pan; add ¼ cup water. Cover pan with foil.
 3. Heat at 325°F for approx. 20 to 30 minutes per lb.


SPIRAL SLICED APPLEWOOD SMOKED PIT HAMS (QUARTER OR HALF)

WARMING HAM

 1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials. Place ham, cut/flat side
    down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover tightly with aluminum foil.
 2. Heat approximately 18 to 23 minutes per pound until heated through.
 3. Remove ham from oven. Glaze as directed below or let stand, covered, 10
    minutes before serving.

GLAZING HAM

 1. Remove ham from oven 10 minutes before end of recommended heating time. Open
    glaze packet and squeeze or brush desired amount of glaze evenly over ham.
    If desired, use knife to spread glaze between slices.
 2. Return ham to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

TIPS

To use any remaining glaze as a dipping sauce, empty package into microwave-safe
dish and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 15 to 20 seconds.


CARVEMASTER™ “FLAT” PIT HAM

WARMING HAM

 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place ham, flat side down, on rack in shallow roasting
    pan; cover tightly with aluminum foil.
 2. Bake approximately 13 to 18 minutes per pound until heated through.
 3. Remove ham from oven. Glaze as directed below or let stand, covered, 10
    minutes before serving.

GLAZING HAM

 1. Remove ham from oven; uncover. Open glaze packet and squeeze or brush
    desired amount of glaze evenly over ham. If desired, use knife to spread
    glaze between slices.
 2. Return ham to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

TIPS

 * To use any remaining glaze as a dipping sauce, empty package into
   microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 30 to 40 seconds.
 * To help preserve the natural juiciness of the ham, carve slices only as
   needed.
