JOB DESCRIPTION

 * Responsible for building and operating a highly available microservice
   architecture in Azure.

 * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available
   software using best-in-class technologies, with the focus on DevOps,
   infrastructure and the engineering platform.

 * Establish best practices and build tools to drive the use of CI/CD and the
   adoption of infrastructure/platform components by engineering teams.

 * Automate operational tasks and infrastructure as code.

 * Monitor and manage our environments by integrating telemetry and
   observability into the platform. Maintain best practices around notifications
   and response processes.


QUALIFICATIONS

 * 2+ years of experience working with DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

 * Experience with one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

 * Experience in building highly available, scalable, distributed systems in a
   microservice architecture.

 * A solid grasp of development, automation, and monitoring tools and practices.
   With tools that include Terraform, Bash, NodeJS, GitHub Actions, Datadog,
   ELK.

 * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD.

 * Proficiency in *nix.

 * Knowledge of Azure and the .NET ecosystem as a big plus.
