Each day at the Become Legendary Visionary Leader retreat consists of elevated
leadership conversations, rest & play, exploratory hot seats, deep listening,

CORNELIA SHIPLEY BEARYMAN


CORNELIA SHIPLEY BEARYMAN, BCC, PCC, ELI-MP, is an internationally recognized
executive advisor, strategy expert, and speaker with nearly 30 years experience
training clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Utilizing her
extensive background in strategic planning, sales training, and corporate human
resources, Cornelia founded 3C Consulting, a leadership development firm
specializing in the retention and advancement of mission critical talent, where
she and her team work with senior leaders to formulate, implement, and manage
the people planning process as well as leadership development and work place
change initiatives.

Founder and CEO, Cornelia Shipley Bearyman started 3C Consulting in 2005 after
nearly 20 years working in Corporate America. As a strategist and leadership
development expert Cornelia is committed to helping organizations, and the
individuals who lead them, to drive clarity, enhance capability, and build
capacity, the three things needed most to fuel creativity, innovation and
revenue growth.
