     GREAT LUXURY EXPERIENCE
     
     I visited Panama City for the first time as a girls trip, we booked the
     Santa Maria based on the reviews. The reviews did not disappoint! This was
     a beautiful 5 star resort, the customer service was very accommodating,
     friendly and personable. The rooms are spacious and modern, the bathrooms
     are large with a double sink. Isaac, customer service front desk
     professional was exceptional! He spoke and understood English. He was
     knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. He was helpful with getting
     transportation, finding authentic restaurants. Overall, a great place to
     stay with awesome amenities!

     EXCELLENT STAY
     
     From Isaac singing happy birthday to my girlfriend was a wonderful
     experience. He went above and beyond to make my experience memorable and
     for us to return. The server and the mixologist who took care of us on the
     evenings of 4th and 5th of May thank you for everything. You saw my
     girlfriend was quite the strong drinker as she enjoys her tequila neat !
     The property itself is beautiful but unfortunately we did not get to take a
     dip in the pool or try the spa services. We will return to enjoy the food
     and atmosphere as the buffet breakfast was wonderful and so fresh. The
     omelettes were delicious and the fresh fruit was eye candy! We will be back

     GETAWAY GONE WRONG.
     
     Took my pregnant wife to a relaxing weekend that turned out to make us
     leave at 1 am because of the noise of an activity in the hotel.
     
     We even lost most of our Sunday.
     Felt horrible to give my pregnant wife this experience.

     WOW! EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS
     
     The Santa Maria, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort exceeded my
     expectations. This is a fabulous hotel in a great area - surrounded by
     beautiful landscaping and golf course. The rooms were extremely comfortable
     and the restaurants had excellent food, including an amazing buffet
     breakfast. I definitely found my new favorite hotel.

     THE BEST IN PANAMA CITY
     
     We were sad to leave! Panama City has many hotel options. We wanted a newer
     hotel that was not in a crowded area, but was close to the airport. So
     happy that we chose the Santa Maria. We opted for the Executive Level
     suite. It was a spacious apartment. The bed was soft, fresh linen, soft
     towels, upgraded toiletries, nightly turndown service, slippers and
     robe....perfect. We had a balcony room facing the golf course, and was able
     to listen to music and dance in our own private club :).
     
     The grounds were beautiful. The staff was very professional and friendly.
     PePe was awesome. The pool was clean and inviting. The pool bartender was
     truly top tier. We ate outside and enjoyed the nightly musical
     entertainment. The food was plentiful and definitely chef-worthy. The
     morning buffet was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again the next
     time we are in Panama City.

     The food can be better, especially fried menus. The kitchen must not do
     over-frying. The chicken fingers are usually overcooked therefore looks

     Staff were excellent from the second we arrived to the moment we left. Room
     was clean, modern, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job. The
     spa was also a must visit for very affordable services in comparison to
     some places
     Food was great. Drinks were good but the pours were a little light. Would
     stay there again if I ever visit Panama City again
