I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department, immersed in
the fascinating world of delinearization challenges within computer algebra
systems. Under the guidance of Dr. Marc Moreno Maza at the Ontario Research
Centre for Computer Algebra (ORCCA) Lab, my research focuses on unraveling the
complexities posed by the one-dimensionality of C praograms. This inherent
limitation often impedes efficient computation, presenting a crucial problem in
the optimization landscape.

To address these challenges, I employ techniques from combinatorial
optimization, with a specific emphasis on integer linear programming. My
research is situated within the realm of compiler optimization, where I delve
into the analysis, transformation, and scheduling of for-loop nests in computer
programs. The ultimate goal is to enhance the performance of computational tasks
by optimizing loop structures, improving parallelism, and thereby increasing
overall program efficiency. Through this work, I aspire to cultivate a deep
understanding of the intricate relationship between algorithmic efficiency and
program execution, laying a solid foundation for tackling complex computational
challenges.

Before coming to Canada, I completed my master's in Advanced Mathematics at the
University of Trento. During which, I spend a year at the University of Warsaw
as an Erasmus Exchange Student. I worked on master's thesis with Dr. Nima Rasekh
at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, which delved into a significant
model of (∞,1)-categories, the complete Segal spaces. The exploration involved
understanding the necessary foundations for defining these spaces and, in
particular giving an explicit description of the twisted arrow construction in
the setting of complete Segal spaces using only basic features of the complete
Segal space model structure.

of $(\infty,1)-$categories, namely the complete Segal spaces, and understand the
necessary foundations needed to define it. We achieve this in several steps.
First, we review categorical homotopy theory. Then we study the theory of model
categories and give a detailed characterization of the Kan model structure on
simplicial sets. We then focus on understanding Reedy fibrant simplicial spaces,
the Segal condition and its relation to the composition of maps, and how it is
used to define Segal spaces. This is followed by appending the importance of the
completeness condition via Dwyer-Kan equivalences. Next we define the twisted
arrow construction for simplicial spaces, and show that the twisted arrow
construction of a complete Segal space X, Tw(X) is a complete Segal space.
Further, we show that the projection map Tw(X) → Xop x X is a left fibration of
the complete Segal space.}, keywords={Category Theory; Complete Segal Spaces;
