20% cashback as 6E Rewards on IndiGo flight bookings to T20 host cities made

BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 1.  This offer (“Offer”) is made by “RuPay” to the customers booking IndiGo’s
     flights on all flight fares (“Booking”) on IndiGo’s mobile application
     (whether android or iOS) or Web, using a valid RuPay Credit Card (“Card”).
 2.  This is an IndiGo App and Web offer.
 3.  The Offer is valid for bookings and travel made from 3rd April 2023 to 31st
     May 2023 (“Promotion Period”)
 4.  RuPay shall offer a 20% (Twenty Percent) cashback, wherein maximum cashback
     can be up to 1,500 on RuPay Credit Card to customers who make a Booking
     during the Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s App or Web using a Card.
 5.  The cashback will be in the form of 6E Rewards.
 6.  The Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 2,000 (Indian
     Rupees Two Thousand).
 7.  The Offer will be applicable to the first valid transaction per mobile
     number registered on IndiGo’s App or Web during the Promotion Period as
     logged in user.  All RuPay cardholders are eligible once per registered
     mobile number on IndiGo App or Web.
 8.  The Offer will be only be available to customers who booked IndiGo’s
     flights during the Promotion Period, where the final destination of
     disembarkation (irrespective of connecting flights etc) is one of the
     following cities:
     
     Ahmedabad Chandigarh (Mohali) Lucknow Hyderabad Jaipur Mumbai Chennai Delhi
     Guwahati Kolkata Dharamshala Bengaluru

 9.  6E Rewards to process cashback into customer’s account within 90 days after
     the end of Promotion Period.
 10. If the customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 (ninety) days from
     the completion of the Promotion Period, they must raise a claim at the
     customer care mail of 6E Rewards available
     at customer.relations@goindigo.in .

 13. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
 14. All Bookings made under this offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions
     of Carriage available at goindigo.in.
 15. The Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group
     bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel
     agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website,
     mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible
     for the Offer.
 16. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void
     and the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
 17. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the
     offer nor cashback under this offer can be assigned or transferred to any
     other person.
 18. Offer is only valid on the eligible BIN’s (card first six numbers) shared
     by RuPay. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one
     provided by RuPay to IndiGo, then the cardholder will need to approach
     issuer bank. IndiGo shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the
     customers.
 19. RuPay and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this
     offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any
     liability towards any person. Further, RuPay and IndiGo reserve the right
     to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this offer, whether
     similar to this offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time,
     without assigning any reasons.
 20. The offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
 21. In the event of any misuse of offer by the customer, RuPay reserves the
     right to deny the offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the booking.
 22. RuPay and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be
     suffered, by a customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of
     participating in the offer and/or by the use or non-use of the card.
 23. The decision of RuPay and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the
     offer shall be final and binding on the customer and any correspondence in
     this regard will not be entertained.
 24. By making the booking through the Card during a Promotion period, customer
     (i) confirms that the its participation in the offer is voluntary; (ii)
     unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (iii)
     consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by
     IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees,
     and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the
     customer, in future.
 25. The offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising
     out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
     competent courts in Delhi.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per
applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction,
passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In
case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals,
such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying
foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the
nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
