What customers write of us
App is getting worse every update. Can no longer "save for later" and my list I
shop from there is gone. When I checked out, I still had items in cart. These
issues have been going on for more than a month. Please fix. Thanks! Love the
Ulta app. I always get more samples and offers on-line than in store. You can
save your favorite items so you never have to go search. There is also a place
to let them know what kind of samples you like.

Update: I've spoken with customer care twice. They couldn't figure out why I
can't even make a purchase, but made sure to let me know it's probably an issue
with MY credit card not authorizing the purchase. Pretty insulting considering
they had no issue taking thousands of dollars over the last 3 years from that
card. My purchase history is gone, save for later list gone, can't add to the
save for later list, and can't scroll the rewards $ off to calculate points.
What a mess!

Customer feedback of our product
App is non functional most of the time. Constantly logs me out and won't bring
up pages for shopping. Several of my products are only available online, so I
have to log in on my computer to place orders, making the app pointless. I've
uninstalled and reinstalled it, which has helped temporarily, but always get
around to the same error message, page unable to load. Love the store and
products; used to love the convenience of the app for purchases and shade try
on. Just frustrating.
