73rd International Film Festival Mannheim-Heidelberg

"Bound in Heaven" by Xin Huo from China received the €2,500 Prize of the
Ecumenical Jury at the Filmfestival Mannheim-Heidelberg 2024. The festival's
International Newcomer Award for Best Director went to "Manas" by Marianna
Bernhard.

66th Nordic Film Days Luebeck

"When the Light Breaks" by Rúnar Rúnarsson from Iceland has won the INTERFILM
Church Film Prize in Lübeck 2024. The festival's main prize, the NDR Film Prize,
went to the Danish film "My Eternal Summer" by Sylvia le Fanu. Finnish actress
Kati Outinen received the festival's prize of honour.

34th FilmFestival Cottbus

The Ecumenical Jury in Cottbus 2024 awarded its prize to the film "Dobra djeca"
(Good Children) by Filip Peruzović. The festival's main prize for Best Feature
Film went to "Kada je zazvonio telefon" (When the Phone Rang) by Iva
Radivojević.

67th International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film

"L'oubli tue deux fois" (Twice into Oblivion) by Pierre Jean Michel won the
prize of the Interreligious Jury in Leipzig 2024. The film also received the
Silver Dove in the International Competition for Long Documentaries. The Golden
Dove in the same competition went to "Le Cinquième plan de La Jetée" (La Jetée,
the Fifth Shot, France 2024) by Dominique Cabrera.

40th Warsaw International Film Festival

"Bitter Gold" by Juan Francisco Olea from Chile won the Prize of the Ecumenical
Jury in Warsaw 2024. The Grand Prix of the festival went to "Traffic" by Teodora
