At MASAG4U we offer our clients a safe, warm and welcoming environment to
revive, repair and replenish from the stresses of life. 

All forms of Massage Therapy provided in our clinic follow the guidelines that
are often referred to as an "Integrated Deep Tissue System". This method of
Bodywork incorporates viewpoints and methodologies from both Western and Eastern
approaches to health and well-being. With the primary goal to improve muscle
function through the following: 

* Enhancement of oxygen and nutritive levels with in muscle fibers
* Reduction of the effects of scar tissue and other adhering factors in the
myofascia
* Decreased pain sensations by minimizing irritation to nerve endings cause by
trapped waste products

Whether you are suffering from back pain, strained muscles, or looking for
relief from tendonitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, TMJD, migraines.... or just
need to breathe in some relaxation into your day, we are here to help facilitate
that for you. 
 
I am a professional massage therapist who is trained in different modalities,
and when we work together, you can achieve the healing you are looking for.

Average treatments are about 60 minutes of focus work (on your problem areas)
combined with relaxation massage to help you stay balanced.
