A HIDDEN GEM
Just returned from five nights at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit and could
not have wished for a better experience.
From arrival to check out, my wife and I were pampered by the excellent
staff. The grounds are lush and well maintained and with the addition of
the Lazy River and Beach Club will be hard to beat.

A NICE AND QUIET STAY
We were amazed by the room decorations for our anniversary. The fresh
flowers were beautifully arranged to decorate the beds along with
artistically rolled towel swans. Very impressive. The view from our balcony
was very nice with both mountain/hill and the ocean in distance, it’ll be
more beautiful when the trees are green. We wish we could enjoy more time
on the balcony if there were no construction noises from 8am-7pm. We
enjoyed walking on the hilly roads on the property and it’s surroundings.
The 2 pools are very small. Food choices were limited as only 1 of 2
restaurant opened for dinner, 1 cafe for lunch, 1 for breakfast. All the
staffs we encounters were very friendly.
Pay attention to your charges. One surprise we had was the bill. We booked
this stay on Marriott.com with a none refundable and guaranteed price in US
Dollar. However, at check out, we were charged in Peso, which ends up more
than our confirmed USD price at booking. We are disappointed on how
Marriott does not honor it’s confirmed price, and the poor services at its
customer care dept. We are elite members with both Marriott and Hyatt, and
never had any issues with customer service in Hyatt.

5 STAR RESORT! MUST SEE!
I traveled solo to Puerta Vallarta and was nervous but upon meeting
Guillermo and his staff I was calmed of all nervousness and treated like a
queen during my stay. The resort is beautiful and secluded. The food and
service was impeccable. I would suggest this resort to anyone looking to
relax and reset for a few days!

A GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY!
This resort is a nice quiet getaway. Absolutely excellent staff and service
in all aspects. Delicious food and generous drinks. Not as many food and
drink options as other, busier resorts, but the quiet and seclusion are a
good trade-off. It will be even better when the lazy river is complete,
especially if this comes with hot tubs!

EXCELLENT NEW PROPERTY IN RIVIERA NAYARIT
The property is brand new and is clearly still in a "soft opening". It is
built in a ravine in the hills and, as a result, it is fairly hilly. The
hotel accommodates this with a fleet of golf carts constantly shuttling
guests around, but we enjoyed the walks around the property which looks
positively magical at night. Some facilities such as the lazy river and
some swimming pools are still under construction but were not distracting.
The property will be magnificient once it is fully open. The facilities
that are available are top notch and the dining was excellent - the best we
have ever had in an all-inclusive resort. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The king bed we had was like sleeping on a cloud. We only stayed for 4
nights so we did not find the lack of entertainment to be an issue. This
property is not beach front, but they provide a shuttle to a nearby beach
club which also includes food and beverages. The beach club is next door to
the Riviera Nayarit Marina which has an excellent farmer's market on
Sundays. The beach and facilities are beautiful and relaxing. The only
issue is that the shuttle is occasionally inconsistent with its pick up and
drop off times. A nice feature of this resort is that COVID antigen testing
is complimentary and done onsite which makes it easy for travellers.
Overall, the staff were very hospitable and eager to make our stay
enjoyable. We would like to return once the hotel is complete to enjoy the
full experience.

GREAT RESORT!
The resort was so beautiful and relaxing. The food was great, multiple
options, menu changes daily, a very relaxing environment, employees are
very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate and am thankful for everyone that
assisted us here. From when we first arrived, we were welcome with a
special type of cocktail, “Delta Brisa”, which was fresh and delicious.
Loved my experience here, definitely planning to go back.

RELAXATION
Everyone was nice and polite. The food was and drinks were AWESOME. The bed
was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything about this hotel was
accommodating. Loved the bar tender Carlos at the sports bar. All of the
staff were great and friendly overall. I’ll definitely come back once the
Lazy River is complete with the family.

My husband and I went to this resort for our 1st wedding anniversary. The
stay was relaxing and the food and drinks came in a wide variety. The staff
