THE GUY BEHIND THE GROUP

We appreciate you dropping in. My name is Kramer Cruz, Owner and Founder of this
fine establishment. I became a real estate investor because I wanted to build
something that would last beyond the moment. I was a salesman who graduated to
business consultant and sales coach. I still consult, but not as much as I used
to. I sold many financial products to many different clients in my career
(including insurance and investments), and without any reservation I can tell
you that the best product I could ever sell is an opportunity. Especially when
that opportunity is attached to double-digit returns with no hidden fees and
secured by real estate!
