Nina Rahkola is a documentarist and journalist who has been hosting several
current affairs shows in Finnish television. She has received awards for her
documentary projects where she meets people around the world, including Iraq and
The United States. Rahkola is known for intensive yet humane interviews with the
politicians and Finnish celebrities from different walks of life.

Senior director of global finance transformation | Johnson & Johnson

Vandana Khanna has around 20 years of experience across CPG, Retail and Pharma
industries. She currently leads the overall Finance Solution Design for Digital
Transformation and manages the global project investment, standardization, and
automation of global business processes resulting in value creation at J&J as a
Senior Director of Global Finance Transformation. She has worked for Verizon and
Unilever in the past. She holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from the Joseph
M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh and has a
bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT), India She is an avid supporter of women in Stem and a campion
of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging


SANDEEP MENON

Director of Finance and Enterprise Engineering  | Netflix

Sandeep leads the finance technology team at Netflix. He is part of the core
product team responsible for building financial products to manage their scale
of original productions across the globe. Prior to that Sandeep led the finance
technology team at Uber and was responsible for global payments, business
systems and forecasting systems. Sandeep has helped scaled 2 major tech giants
Netflix and Uber scale their finance teams including reducing close days,
improving reliability and enabling strategic decision making across the company.
He has had multiple roles across product , engineering and systems. He lives in
Fremont CA with his wife and 2 girls.




ANDRAS KOHL

Head of Finance Business Services - Central Europe | Tesco

Experienced leader with a solid track-record and a demonstrated rich history
(20+ years) of working in the shared services industry in various senior
leadership positions. Skilled in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Process
Management, Business Planning, Managerial Finance, Strategic Planning, People
Leadership and Financial Reporting. Strong professional background, graduated
from Budapest Corvinus University. Passionate about sharing experience as
speaker, panellist and expert on conferences and business forums covering both
functional and leadership agendas. Championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
culture within the industry


MARTTI NURMINEN

CFO  | Basware

With nearly 20 years in the finance field, Martti is a proven CFO committed to
the business and his team. Laser-focused on delivering value to all
stakeholders, he strikes the right balance of business insight and interpersonal
skills. Martti joined Basware and the Executive Team in 2019 as Chief Financial
Officer. Previously, he served as CFO in Nordic, publicly listed IT services and
software companies, Solteq and Affecto. Prior to these CFO roles, he spent more
than a decade in various finance leadership positions at IBM and Johnson
Controls.




LEONARD BREUKERS 

Board Member of NSRS Standard, Sustainability Consultant | Azets

Leonard has a keen interest in how accounting methods can transform business
information into sustainability actions. Part of a government-funded research
group, he studies how CFOs and business controllers report and analyze
sustainability information into profitable business decisions. “Evolving
legislation and stakeholder expectations on ESG push companies to integrate
sustainability into their business decisions and strategy. Accounting and CFOs
have significant roles in providing insight to build a sustainable and green
business". Leonard is a board member of the Nordic Sustainability Reporting
Standard, Chairman of the sustainability reporting expert group at
Taloushallintoliitto, a sustainability reporting consultant at Azets and a PhD
researcher on sustainability accounting at the University of Oulu.


JANNE BLOMQVIST

Director of Accounting Services  | Azets

Janne has 20+ years of experience in management consultancy and business
management. Although Janne takes a keen interest in automation and development
of processes he puts people first. “As machines increasingly take care of boring
routines, people have more time for more demanding tasks. One of the most
important issues we will focus on is ESG. Making sure we are forerunners is also
one way to ensure our people can utilize their full potential, which is a
prerequisite for any prospering business.”, says Janne. Janne is responsible for
Azets Finland’s Accounting Services. Azets group employs over 7 500 experts and
serves over 94 000 customers globally.

Dr, Principal Value Architect |   Jedox

Dr. Jan-Philipp Menke has 20 years of Enterprise Performance Management
experience with expertise spanning across xP&A, M&A and Risk Management. He
currently works at Jedox as Principal Value Architect where he supports
enterprises to orchestrate their planning and forecasting landscape for higher
outcome strategy execution. Prior to Jedox, he worked for Deloitte Consulting,
and IBM among many others.


HENRI LIUSKA

Director, Products  | Heeros

Henri Liuska is a SaaS product management professional with a long experience in
building and delivering solutions that streamline financial management processes
internationally and across multiple industries. Currently Henri is heading
product management at Heeros, a Finland-based international growth company
helping mid-segment businesses with their digitalization journeys.




JARNO LEHIKOINEN

Chief Revenue Officer |   Heeros

Jarno and his team works directly in customer interface and helps companies to
find best financial solutions for their needs. With this hype about AI and
automatization, companies still need guidance how to get the most out of those
systems. Jarno’s mission is that no company would make unnecessary and too
expensive system investments but would choose best solution for their business
needs.
