Customer care has always been good and they still uphold today. Would be a shame
to hear if someone have struggled with Afrihost's customer care.

Always trust Afrihost as a service provider on my fibre installation. In the 2
years I've had them, I have never encountered any negative feedback. Ease of
access to my accounts. Reliable billing. Always a phone call and WhatsApp away.

Been with Afrihost for quite some time now, and from the inception of
installation and the many months of service, have always had good service. Even
when things go wrong, which has not been a lot, they have communicated well and
given proper feedback.

Always great service, have not had any issues or complaints regarding the
provider. Agents are always efficient and does what is required "that is worth
saying something considering call centres today in over all".

Afrihost's Support is the BEST probally in the worls, all their Agents are both
Professional & Helpfull, Afrihost just needs to match the prices offered by
Webafrica Whose Customer support is disapointing and they would have everyone
come to Afrihost. I regret moving to webafrica because i dint know how bad their
support is till it was too late, but because of the price difference i had to
stay for now, im eagerly watching Afrihost's prices, as soon as they match what
im geting at webafrica, i ill definately move.

Support via the Afrihost's WhatsApp help - very responsive and patient whilst
troubleshooting the internet connectivity on the router. Keep up the good work.
