PURCHASE TERMS

Agreement period

The agreement period is 12-month with 1 month termination after the agreement
period. In the event of termination, this must be done in writing to
support@awaio.com no later than 30 days before the end of the agreement period.
The agreement is automatically renewed for 12 months unless otherwise is agreed.


Payment terms

The license fee is charged in advance. Any start-up costs will be charged after
customer onboarding, however, no later than within 30 days after the signed
order. Payment terms: 10 days. Objections to debiting must be made within 10
days from the debiting date. If payment has not been made within the time
specified above, interest will be charged at 12% per month until full payment
has been made.


In the event of non-payment of license fees, start-up costs will not be repaid.
