I want to Thank everyone who has supported Ajax Spider-Man over the last 3 years
we have raised over $60,000 for Cancer research!!!!
Terry Fox is such an inspiration that everyone can make a difference, you just
have to try. Many of us know someone that has been touched by Cancer. My best
friend in High School (Greg) passed away from cancer. Then I lost my Father
(Gordon) a few months after my Son was born to cancer as well.

This year Ajax Spider-Man and his Superhero Team will be attempt to run 5373KM
as a group in 28 days. Join us and pledge to run 10, 20, 30, 100, 200KM a week
for 4 weeks as we reach our goal. Our target donation amount is $10 a KM for a
total of $53,730.00.

You are welcome to join me for runs or cheer me on if you see me running by.

ABOUT ME

When I lost my best friend and Dad to cancer I began supporting the Terry Fox
Foundation. COVID changed everything in 2020, this is when I knew I had to do
more. Ajax Spider-Man was born, and the rest is history.

MARATHON JOURNEY

Luckily, our work started a workout circuit session for beginners every Tuesday
and Thursday at lunch. Nothing crazy just simple exercises you can do as a group
for 30 minutes.

I decided in March of 2020 not to waste all that training and focus on a new
personal goal. How could I support a charity I believe in and also do something
for my community.
