WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER ACTIVATION FEE FOR?



Customer Activation Fee covers onboarding processes that ensure Stellar Ops
Manager is ready to support Customer on request:


 * One hour onboarding call with dedicated Ops Manager
   

 * Conducting KYV processes relevant to the US
   

 * Setting up a Stellar Platform account
   

 * Creating a Stellar Platform profile with entity information
   

 * Establishing data vault with essential corporate documents
   


CAN UNUSED HOURS ROLLOVER TO THE NEXT MONTH?



Unused hours cannot rollover. Your monthly hourly allowance will be refreshed on
the 1st day of every month. If you need additional hours, you pay at an hourly
rate.


WHERE IS STELLAR AVAILABLE?



Stellar currently operates in United States only. Support for other countries
will be gradually released. If you'd like us to support your country of
operations, please reach out to us at sales@histellar.com


WHAT COUNTS AS BILLABLE HOURS AND HOW ARE THEY TRACKED?



Billable hours include both expert advice and execution work for any operational
tasks. The billable hours concept is similar to a virtual assistant.


HOW AM I BILLED FOR OTHER SERVICES LIKE INCORPORATION OR BOOKKEEPING?



You will be charged as per the cost of our partner service providers - Stellar
does not markup any fees. Where possible, Stellar may consolidate invoices from
multiple service partners under one invoice to simplify payments for you.
